Alright everyone!
Here is the change I think we will implement to PVP:
If you win, distribute 20 levels to your crew.
If you lose, your weakest character cannot gain levels or contribute to battles for 5 turns. If your enemies initial roll was at least 500 more than your initial role, send your weakest character to Impel Down/Hostaged.

I'm perfectly okay with this, but I think the bolded number above might need to be changed.
An example of the new format:
I PVP against Omer and win.
My initial battle roll was 800.
His initial battle roll was 600.
Since my initial roll wasn't at least 500 more than his initial roll, his weakest character is just injured and can't gain levels or contribute. HOWEVER...
IF my initial battle roll was 800
and his was 200
That would mean that my initial roll IS 500 more than his, so his weakest character is sent to Impel Down.
I am HOPING that this isn't getting too complicated. If you guys want, we could go with this for a little while, and if it doesn't work out, we can try something else. My idea, that only already injured characters can go to Impel Down, would make things simpler.

@Hito- I'm guessing the Suna Suna is a once per day too?
This was the only one I didn't put a restriction on. The reason is because the reroll ONLY works if you roll PVP, and then it forces you to participate next time you PVP.
In essence, it means that the person who gets the Suna Suna only has to PVP half as much as everyone else.
If you think this is still too strong, I can make it once a day as well. Logia's in general ARE supposed to be a bit stronger than all the other fruits, since they are much more difficult to get.
