He does, Time Lords just don't need nearly as much sleep as humans. However In all the incidents of him being in PJs in the show it was because he was knocked unconscious or hospitalized in some way (which does happen a lot, lol).
I recall the 3rd and 4th doctors actually taking a nap at some point. Never in comfortable places!
I would love it if that were Capaldi's official costume. Just going around Arthur Denting it. Would be fun.

I expertly calculated which episode to go for (The Eleventh Hour) and it worked an absolute charm.

New Doctor, New Companion etc. Fairly entertaining storyline that isn't too serious and plenty of humour.
Now that she's started with and decided she likes Smith I think I'll just let her continue on for now.

Its a very shiny cotton I admit, but to me it looks like a sweater underneath, I doubt its a full sweater but I think its at least a sweater vest.

Not necessarily, Tennant was channeling Davidson. However if the Doctor after Capaldi has a scarf….then all bets are off.

That is a very nice jacket.
It's…good. It's not great but I guess I'm used to the slightly more detailed fare of McGann, Tennant, Smith (and Hurt) or at least the buck-the-trend fare of Ecclestone. This outfit makes him look like he commutes on the same tube line as me.
That said, it suits him. Not sure the geek chic would to the same extent. And I'm very excited to see his performance.

He'll be an exuberant Doctor but with a quick burst of anger in him, that "snarling beast" that Moffat talked about.

Yeah that is true, but it also could be that Clara is in shock and doesn't realize till that scene(whenever it is) that this is not the Doctor she knew. I can't tell but to me it looked like she was sobbing.
I imagine we'll see a fully resolved version of Adric's troubles adapting to 5 with Clara and Capaldi.

I'm still anticipating some form of amnesia. I don't know how extensive and for how long, but between the speech at the end about not forgetting who you've been and then forgetting how to fly the TARDIS, it seemed like they're setting something up. The 8th doctor had total amnesia and didn't even remember who he was, but what if the 12th doctor lost his memory of everything post his first regeneration and it takes more than one episode to remember it again? Yeah they probably won't do that, but it would be a different way to start things off.
Post regen amnesia is normal though. Lots of the docs have run into fuzzy trouble their first time out. Baker1 went off and started that entire Robot god thing with his face accidentally, and Baker2 went and… tried to kill his companion and everyone around him repeatedly while forgetting he'd done it.
Sure it's normal, but that's not what I was getting at. There hasn't been a case where the Doctor had lost a significant chunk of memory for more than part of one episode of the TV series.
The incident in The Face of Evil was retconned as happening during the that brief moment in the episode where he starts to leave after he regenerated, but you don't really experience any extended screen time spent with people who knew him where he doesn't remember them, as far as I can think. Like, what if for a large portion of the series, his last memories where being his first incarnation. That'd be weird. But anyway, I seriously doubt that would happen.
