Here's a suggestion. You don't have to do it but keep it in mind.
When Funimation gets to this point with the English dub, do you think you can edit down those episodes? It would certainly be easier as you don't have to time subtitles.

We don't want this to be any more illegal then it already is, so we're probably not going to do this.

new world episode 36 released

Thanks for your work!
I've seen the v2 of episode 4, I would've kept the scene where Luffy pulls Usopp over the Sunny, even if it's not clearly shown in the manga it gives continuity to the action. Anyway that's a great work, this way One Piece is faster to see and I'm planning about some marathon with your episodes. -

Still couldn't get to the website, but the torrents are working for me. Thanks for you hard work also! But are there no subbed versions? The ones I've downloaded appear to have no subtitles :/

They're all subbed. What media player are you using?

DivX. Is there an option of sorts to activate the subtitles?

There are none available right now, but you can download the 1-24 batch from animetosho to your computer. Once we start working on the v2:s, we'll also upload them to putlocker.

I downloaded VLC and it works perfect, subtitles and all! Dunno what was wrong with DivX. Thanks for these, keep it up!

Recently Ive started watching this paced version of One Piece and I have to admit I am deeply impressed. Finally, it is fun again watching the anime. Ever since episode 583 I didn't even touch the regular episodes. Thanks a million for the great job. Chapeau!
-
Amazing project! You guys are my new favorite people on the internet now haha, i was just wondering though what arcs do you plan on covering? Are there any that you dont want to touch or somthing?
P.S. Cant wait till you start your V2's making your work perfect :)

Thanks.
For now, we're trying to cover the arcs that need the treatment most. We've nearly caught up to the BS-Fuji releases for Thriller Bark (higher quality raws), and will be doing those biweekly as they release once we're caught up.
After finishing all the v2s (which will become a main focus once we're on a biweekly schedule for both Whitebeard War and New World), we plan on going back and doing the CP9 Saga as well (Davy Back Fight - Enies Lobby).
The stuff before that was pretty much properly paced, but we might look into Alabasta/Skypiea once all the other stuff is done. It'll be awhile before that happens though.

Just watched New World 37&38.
Looking really good, especially how you dealt with Vergo vs Tashigi & G-5 marines,
cutting out all the slowww and not-so-threatening choreography and leaving only epic-looking Shiguns.
Luffy vs Caeser fight's pacing is awesome, maybe because the material episode itself is frickin' good. Some proposals I'd like to do:
*The scene where Sanji come to rescue Tashigi; I think you should've left Tashigi's teardrop shot.
Yes, it wasn't in the manga, but I think it makes Sanji's later line stands out even more,
and since no one's fighting during the moment, I think this will affect little with pacing.- Where Sanji remember about his broken leg, I think you were cutting frames a little too much when he's going to change the subject in a scene not rushed.
Just try to cut only where shin-cracking flashback begins and ends, leave those several frames you cut after a white-fade where they are, and it can be better.
In the current version Sanji's brainspeed looks just too quick.

Thanks for the feedback, really appreciated.
Yeah, maybe the teardrop would make it better, but it just seems to me like a typical hollywood feature that doesn't really need to be added, as we already saw her crying, and as you pointed out yourself, it wasn't in the manga.
Yeah, the Sanji broken leg/change topic scene seems kind of fast now that I watch it again, but the flashback isn't really needed though, as I could just slow down his head-lift and it would work. I guess I didn't really notice how fast it was until I watched it in full-screen without disturbances. I got other people from Reddit who noticed some "plot-holes" about this as well and since then I try to not only look how it flows but also how it makes sense from the viewers' point of view.
Anyhow:

I once thought the important thing is the teardrop "sound" which Sanji mentioned, but yeah, maybe it's not really needed,
the scene does work without the certain shot.the flashback isn't really needed though
Yeah, that's fine, it's just that the head lift was too sudden.
One Piece is a manga that does flashback a lot on it's own, and I agree we don't really need that part we've seen several minutes ago -

I'm just wondering, how far along is Punk Hazard? Episode 611 is airing this weekend but is it almost done or is there still a long way to go? (for people that are reading the Manga)

You mean episode 611, episode 610 covered chapter 684 so around 70% done.
And if you mean our progress it's been done for a couple of days, but Yibis hasn't released the corresponding episodes yet.

Yeah sorry, meant 611, I fixed it. And that's good, so far I liked Punk Hazard more than Fishman Island Arc, I'm excited for the next arc.
