Just a thought, due to the fact that they love Franky so much. Maybe not. Would they be good crew members? Other than ship-dismantling, do they have any other skills?
What If The Square Sisters Joined The Strawhats Too?

They have good swordskill too ,maybe zoro could train them .
-
The only way they could become members is if they snuck onto the new ship just like how Robin joined. And then show themselves when the Strawhats are in the clear from any buster calls.
-
well they could join and make 10 people (with franky) because at the begining of the series he said he wanted 10 people and then a pirate flag, and well since the mugiwara dont have a pirate flag anymore…..tho i dont think they will join.
-
I don't really want them to join. They don't have any fighting skills unless someone trains them, which would take time. They just wouldn't be very good additions to the Mugiwaras. Cool, but not strong.

Hopefully Franky leaves the Square Sisters liike everybody else left their homes. It would be sad, but then they would live their lives yet again.
-
I'm sure once Franky leaves, the Square Sisters would get on with their own lives. Like when Usopp left his town, Kaya said she wanted to be a doctor(or did she say nurse).

To follow one's own dream always means that you must give up something in exchange. To follow someone else's dream means giving up even more.
As ultimateclima said, everybody else in the crew left people behind. Those people were sad, for a time, but they came to accept that the person had left to pursue their happiness, so they didn't grieve long.
While the Square Sisters are decent swordswomen in their own right, it would feel 'odd' to have multiple swordfighters in a crew of individuals like the Straw Hats. Yes, Usopp has done double-duty for close to four hundred chapters, but his talent was always in marksmanship, not in ship repair. This was the whole reason for getting a shipwright in the first place. Zoro is the A-No. 1 sword master of the Straw Hat Pirates, and the Square Sisters would never get an opportunity to shine in their own right so long as he remains No. 1. It would be better if they returned with the rest of Franky Family to Water Seven at the end of this arc to help rebuild the city and its shipyards. Who knows? After all of these years under Franky's tutelage, the FF might even be able to pass that darned examination and become Galley-La personnel, thus ensuring that the World Government will have a hard time harrassing them for their involvement in the Enies Lobby Incident.

the square sisters joining the straw hats!! shoot me now!!

phewww…square sisters are something useless and besides the series should end then if there are 10 people on board...i can't omagine that....NOOOOOOOOOo
-
….the series don't HAVE to end the second they have ten members. >>
But to stay on this topic and something that has already been said, I'll quote two small bits of the lyrics to Sailing Day, which seems to fit.
"Just to achieve one thing
I would give up anything"'"If I can smile just once
It doesn't matter how often I cried"Those should state my point, hm?

Warp brings up a good point without him even realizing it I think. The Mugiwaras flag went down with the Going Merry and Usopp painted that flag. If Usopp doesnt' come back or says he has no painting skills as Sogeking what will they do?

.. The square sisters should work for Iceburg just like Calipha did, and the Franky family should work for Galley-La company, and with them working there, Franky got no bound to W7… ;)
