Predictions? How many pages will this thread have when the next chapter comes out? Place your bets now!
-
We should all aim for over 100 pages from now on.

Why is it that I am always in your mouths, even when I am not posting?
Btw most of you don't know what the word "troll" actually means, so go educate yourselves.

Its either this or we can revisit the Admiral/not Admiral discussion for the billionth time…
There's plenty of other things to discuss. Like the living toys or the Blind guy's DF.

How else are they to get to 100 pages?:ninja:
I know it's only been about two or three chapters since Franky decided he wanted to look like Willie Nelson, which fits his sudo rock star theme…but I'm ready for a different do. After a brief encounter with the Blind Man I kinda want him to sport the Skrillex.
The topic of "What hairstlye should Franky do next" is enough to warrant it's own thread. Let's go, Mullet Franky!!
él tiene un buen cabello~

It has to be a musical artist related hair-do. A Mullet could be Billy Ray Cyrus.

It seems he's gonna have a hairstyle per arc, while going back to his pre-skip SUUUUPA Frankydo for big battles.
He had his first post-skip style for FI,going back to his older hair for Gyoncorde Plaza. He then sported that goofy Beetle style for PH,again falling back on his old do when facing Doffy's goons in his Moment of Awesome. Now he's going for this look(which goes hilariously well with his disguise).
I see a pattern here.

Honestly, my feelings of the toys are that they are Doflas eyes and ears on the streets. What they see, Dofla can see, what they hear, he hears. Either that can be part of his ability, or they could be small compact pacifistas

Hope not, otherwise somehow some1 working for DD managed to develop better tech, (although quite a bit less threatening looking) than Vegapunk' s, en mass. And DD has him under his control. Good, bad, or neutral, DD just has way too much.
Looking to a new topic, Green Bit is not available by sea. So it's like the heavily fortified man-made constructed version of EL, or a naturally created isolated island?
- It's basically only accessible by the sky and thus DD almost exclusively.
I can't believe no matter what plan Law has, he has a way to drop CC off there without expecting massive repercussions immediately, like the beating of all beatings.
And Law said Luffy and the rest were a big part/ essential of his plan, Will them going missing before seemingly being told their essential part have just a comedic effect, or totally seriously get them all killed?

Maybe Green Bit has something to do with the "Sky Path" that Doflamingo mentioned.

Ehh Law seems to always be running contingency plans in case things go pear shaped. Knowing full well DD probably has spies everywhere…no, Law isn't dumb...

@400MillionBelis:
That was worded not to be specific to you, and is for the others. So in no way was it implied that it was directly to you. You just happen to have the perfect comment to respond to.
So he was the scapegoat ehhh?:ninja:
–- Update From New Post Merge ---
I don't get why people automatically saying Doflamingo and Dressrosa are Spain based(Spanish). I will say I disagree, to me Dofla and Dressrosa are based on Mexico(also Spanish), Dofla acts like a leader of a cartel and so far everything else shown represents Mexico more than Spain.

Not one thing about Dressrosa has resembled Mexico.
"Don Quixote" is from the Spanish story, "Don Quixote de La Mancha."
All of the architecture is what you would see in Spain.
There are Flamenco dancers.
They eat Paella.
I could go on, but you get the point. Dressrosa in no way resembles Mexico.

yes, this could well be it. the only way to get to green bit is through the skyway. the question is; why? is it in the air or what are the dangers alluded in the map??
i went and looked at the map again, and that circle in the middle of the map has to be something. i say it is a volcano

and if you read teh first ten pages of the thread, soembody put pictures of actual architecture of spain and they match almost exactly with dressrosa
plus, if it were mexico we would have mariachis and some tacos

we just had a lake in punk hazard right in the middle

I wonder why this thread isn't even close in popularity in comparison with the chapter 700 thread. Sure not as much had happened but this big of a difference?
-
@Panda:
Which is a sentiment I can sympathize with, really, and is unfortunate; but it's just as well, from my point of view.
Nothing at all against you or your posts, per se, of course; but every time I come across one of your posts I end up wasting a minute or so just smiling at your signature.
Edit:
Whoa, a double post? I can't remember the last time I saw one of those, I thought the new system automatically merged them into one, or is all the 'New Post Merge' stuff something else?
Heh, then my Sig has done its job :ninja:
As for the double post…I blame tapatalk...

So, here I will have a perhaps vain attempt to get some discussion going on something I feel was overshadowed by, well, pretty much everything else in the chapter; doubly so on account of pretty much everything else in the chapter being overshadowed in turn by nonsense like the never-ending Fujitora 'debate'.
What do people think of Momo's declaration of his refusal to fly? While it fairly turned into a bit of a gag with Luffy childishly fighting with him, I think it was given a fair bit of attention; combined with having come with another one of his 'flashbacks', for lack of a better term, and I feel it must have some significance.
The thing is, though, I'm not certain how it ties into his unwillingness to fly. I believe the general consensus is that he had some interaction with Doflamingo at some point in the past; that certainly is the most likely case to me, at any rate. However, as best as I can figure, if this is the case, it would have had to have been before Momo ate his devil fruit, which only happened when he was already at Punk Hazard, and shortly before he fell down to the disposal area, at that.
So then why show the shadowy hand in conjunction with having him declare he will never fly again? It was done far too deliberately for there not to be any connection at all, and since this is Oda we're talking about here, I have no doubt whatsoever that it is foreshadowing something important for down the line, but for the life of me I can't think what it might be.
