No, there's definitely something wrong here:
- Doflamingo should have been 5,400 yen instead of 5,700 yen
- Doflamingo is EMS only
- Doflamingo EMS to Europe should be 4,320 yen
and the biggest problem of all:
4) The order number on my Paypal invoice doesn't match the order number on my account :wassat:In conclusion I think they've had an error on there payment system and i've paid for someone elses order. I don't mind if it means I end up getting him for 7,980 instead of 9,720, but we'll have to wait and see what happens.
Same here. Experience the same problem and i did not realise it until i made the payment. I wonder what they will do abt it.

did you got a mail from HLJ? they created a virtual warehouse so you can choose when you wanna pay and ship your items or if you wanna group order them!
you have 60 days where they keep your order then they ship it automatically!

It's strange though. That definitely looks like a legit link but if I just type hlj.com into my browser bar and go to the helpcenter, I can't find any way to navigate to that page. You'd think they'd be advertising this on the main page, too.
In fact, the helpcenter I reach by navigating normally still lists their old policy on shipping items and not combining orders.
I'm gonna wait this one out for a while.

Link is not there yet. New system will start on 28th June otherwise ppl will get confuse.
Only those that purchase instock item that is ready to be ship during this week will receive an email notification to choose (ship now or ship later) but still the changes will take effect on 28th. You have total control on how to ship your item once store in virtual warehouse which is pretty cool! -
Well, on inspection, the email link doesn't ask for a password or anything. So I suppose it's probably legit.

Damn. I missed the Aikoudo 4-set (Lucci, Kaku, Spandam and Califa) was 2500 yen.
They also put up pre-orders (nope. Not doing that) for the Animal set 1 at the end of the year for 4500 yen. Sounds like they're gonna be cheap

My packing cost estimation program is telling me that this item is indeed too large and too heavy to be shipped by SAL Small Packet–but it certainly seems that it was shipped to you that way. The packing staff might have found a box small enough to ship it in that was the correct size for SAL Small Packet.

I apologize for my wording–unfortunately, I was unable to think of another way to put it. We recently started using a different size of box that's "in between" some of our other box sizes, but I am not familiar with this box size myself, so I'm unable to tell you from experience that this item could be shipped in that particular box. Unfortunately, your package has already been taken away from the warehouse by the post office, and so I can't go down to the warehouse and try to find it to check.
If the package was indeed shipped by EMS or SAL Parcel, I'm afraid I won't be able to tell until Monday, when the post office returns Friday's shipping receipts to us. If it would help you feel better, I can check the receipts when they come in on Monday.
Our system assigns a new number to an order when it enters payment processing. Your order #03077762 is the exact same order as your order #03077108–it just has a different number.

Yeah, you're right, it just makes me nervous when we're told Doflamingo is EMS only and the all of a sudden gets shipped SAL. Makes me suspicious, but if it's true then that's great news!

Shirahoshi hook is already gone on HS, no 50% shipping for me. :/
Sold out on Amiami and has not been listed on Hlj or Otacute.
She's on Anime-export but I have never bought from them. shrugs
I'm thinking I'll wait and see if Hlj or Ota put her up, you never know more might go up on HS aswell.

I won't worry Dan, if the past Hooks are any indication, they're not too hard to get. The smile face version though, might be a pain, but it's pretty expensive. Saying that though, I won't be surprised if it goes on order stop on HLJ and Otacute when they put it up.

My Beckman & Shirahoshi PO is in Special Processing @ HLJ. I thought i'd cancelled them :wassat:. Evidently not. Well if they can send Doflamingo SAL in their new boxes then that better mean they can do the same for Shirahoshi, box dimentions aren't all that different.

Even if they ship Shira by SAL it still won't be cheap right? I remember looking at the Moria FAZ and he was $28 for Sal. She's still going to cost a fair amount, just won't have to worry about customs. I kind of want to do EMS just to get her fast, instead of waiting up to 2 weeks. Items generally take 1.5 weeks to get to me.

can anyone explain me how multiple items order works for mandarake? if i tick the "Cancel the order if this item is out of stock" option, will they ask me if i still want to buy the available items, or will they just cancel the order is one or more items are not available?

if you check the option to cancel the order when a specific item is not available then they cancel the whole order.
If you do not choose that option then they ship you whatever there is.
In most cases if your order is over 5000Yen, and it get less than that because items are not available, you don't need to pay the 500Yen fee.
At least this is what I experienced. -
They will cancel the order on their own without asking, depending on the availability of the items you tick "cancel the order if….............." option

If you tick that box on an item and it turns out of stock then the entire order will be cancelled even if the other items are available. If you want the other item regardless whether their shipped alone or whatever, then don't select those boxes. I only do if that item is the main reason I'm placing the order.

^Yeah, like send Doflamingo SAL Small Packet! It seems they've got some new boxes, my only concern is how much protection that will give your order. You could end up with a rather battered box. That's the only problem as they still need to fit to the 90cm max total dimension.
