these costumes are fucking nuts. I have no idea how to feel about them. On one hand, most of them look ridiculously garish and ugly, but on the other hand, the idea of Tekken characters cosplaying as Street Fighters and vice versa is hilarious.
But I want to know the full roster, goddammit. No more of this teaser bullshit. I want to know if Dudley is in this game, so he can show Steve how a real gentleman boxer fights.

While I do admit it looks very entertaining and fun, it would probably be better if Mega Man fans didn't feel like they were getting screwed over all the time. As Rican said, it feels like a big troll poke at all the mega man fans that have been wanting to have Mega Man in a recent game.

Frankly, I would vastly prefer this Megaman over any other iteration of the blue bomber in this type of game. Trolling? Maybe, but it's sure as hell awesome.

I was as excited as anybody who considers Mega Man Legends 1 and 2 the best Mega Man games (best MM forever) about it getting a revival and crushed as deeply as the people who cared the most. Because oh man I did.
That doesn't mean I don't find this hilarious. Because I also think that they have good intentions at heart, since professional companies don't really "troll". Like, as far as addons go, they couldn't put normal Mega Man into this anyways. It's fucking Street Fighter universe. As far as joke casts go, I think he's a great idea that's still "capcom"
Edit: I forgot the cats, Toro/Kuro. They completely go against the style, so I guess they could have put a normal Mega Man in. Ohhh well!
I still stand by it being the best possible way of incorporating him.

From the sounds of it, the producer actually planned this before all of the bad crap that went wrong in the past year….It just doesn't look good because of what's happened in the last year.

I'm just glad they finally announced Paul and Law. I would have flipped out and not bought this game if they weren't in it. Especially since they are the most obvious and best choice for a tag team from Tekken since they've been friends from the beginning of the series. Paul is my favorite Tekken character so I can rest easy now.
Other Characters I'd like to see:
since it doesn't look like any new characters after Bison and Jin I guess as they're DLC now :(Street Fighter:
Charlie - He's my favorite character from Street Fighter. I'd really like to see him, but since Steve Fox has an alt costume of him I know it is unlikely.
Akuma - He shouldn't be missing from this game. He feels like an obvious choice, especially for this crossover.
Dan - I'd like to see him just for laughs.
Tekken:
Lee - He's my 2nd favorite character from Tekken. I really like his move set and he's just Excellent!
Eddy - Really, I'd just be interested to see how his moves would fair against projectiles. I haven't played all of the Street Fighter games, but I don't think there's any characters on their side with similar moves.
Mokujin - I'd like to see him copy many of the Street Fighter characters' move sets. I know Pac-Man is already kind of using him, but I'd love to see him by himself.
Not sure of any non- SF or Tekken though. I'm indifferent to the current selections.

Old box art Megaman looks great. I agree with yah Beast! I feel it was a really surprising and unique way to include him in the game. And it fits that he's somewhat human looking too. Fits with the style more.
I will not be using the cats. They look dumb.
But i've seen all types of hate comments from hurt fans all over. And it's just irritating at this point. The tragedy MML3ds is sad but it's over with.
Hell, even some are going as far to play victim and be as hurt as to refuse to buy the game!
MM fans need to Mega-man-the-fuck-up.

Yeah, I see no reason to be offended by Mega Man. It's hilarious, and actually, his combat seems pretty tight. I'm not a fan of sluggish character unless they have excellent zoning, so I'm kind of mixed on Mega Man so far in terms of combat. Otherwise? It's for fun.
I hope for Tekken X Street Fighter, they do something similar, but with other characters.

Hence the yellow, MM has been BLUE on american box art since number 2. He's rocked the blaster (because the artists didn't know he was a robot) until number 3, where they began tracing the box art and giving MM an "american face" as opposed to the "anime one".
To make matters worse, the MM1 box art was extremely unproportunate, uninspired and bad. So bad that it gained popularity for looking not even close to the game's proper representation and even Japan got wind of it. (Hence MM 9 -10 box art as jokes)
On number one they even wrote he was a human on the cartridge.

I don't feel any malice at all, Capcom is a business, and not many people would buy MMU or MML3. MM9 and MM10 were easy to okay because they were cheap to make, easy to hype, and had DLC errwhere.
My friend called MML one of the worst games he ever played the other day, he didn't even make it out of the first dungeon… I'm so serious. That was the epiphany for me when I realized the age of quality gaming is almost truly dead, and people like him are becoming the majority.
