I don't know. I'm not trying to predict what will happen until I see next chapter. I think there's still a chance, because instead of using the timeskip to wrap up her love sickness, Oda chose to keep her in the same situation she was before. It's hard to me to swallow up the idea that she will wait 2 years for Luffy… and then just say "goodbye and farewell" to him without any struggle.
I'm pretty sure Hancock has a role in the story post-timeskip. Maybe it's not joining the crew, but the possibility is still there.
As for her major deterrant (her island and title), things in this 2-year period may have changed for the better or the worse. Let's see next chapter and judge.
The bright side is that we will probably not need to wait a lot longer before we have a resolution.

I believe we will see only the development of Luffy next chapter. At most we may have a glimpse of the others.
By chapter 600 we should be able to see if Perona is with Zoro or not. In my opinion, she will be the princess/maid of Mihawk's Humandrill kingdom.

She seems to have an interesting past,which will sure lead us to a sad flashback of her.
She has a chance to get rescued by the SHs now that she is captured by the marines.

Hence issue gets solved - I know the chances of her joining are next to non existant. But that really needs to be convayed in an un-refutable sense so that people can't say.

The week the One Piece final issue is due "Perona could still join it's not over yet /QQ" would be funny but no doubt they would have moved on since then and be all in favour of someone else.

yeah i think her naivety brings alot of humor potential for the SH
