@Ivotas:
I´ve just seen hell and never ever want to go back there. In case anybody wonder´s what I´m talking about, today I received my european version of Grand Battle and surprise just as some already predicted it is the US version. I saw the intro rap for the first time and felt an urge need to kill somebody. Unfortunally it didn´t stop there because the strong arm of the law which I call Smoker wasn´t there to help me. Just some imposter by the name of Chaser was there to listen too my problems.
Uha, I tottally agree with you. I sort of had the shock of my life when turning the PS2 to on, an hearing that opening…... in DVD quality!!!
Im pretty much pissed at the fact that Atari didnt even bother to translate ingame text. Gosh, it is completely in English.... However, on the other side I ll have to admit that the game is still fun. Gameplay wise it is the best OP game I played so far. Just gotta look at it positively..... At least I can post now my opinions on the US dub voices, not all of them are bad, just a good majority of it.
Luffy: Annoying as hell, she doesnt seem to bother putting much effort into the role either (imho)
Zolo.....: He is alright.
Nami: Sounds like a annoying bitch, no I am serious.
Usopp: Bad.....
Sanji: ....... no comment
Kuro: Oh my...... Just terrible :afraid:
Buggy: Sounds boring as hell to me
Krieg: Dull.....
Arlong: Average, but that "Pew-Man" line pisses me off. And they changed his Shahahah.....
"Chaser": To young imho. I prefer the Japanese and german cast over this one. Tashigi sounds terrible!
Chopper: Adorable. Yeah, he sounds pretty cute. Pretty close to the original, too.
Sunday: Her voice is awesome =) I like it

Well all of that, I made a dicission and I´m going to convert my PS2 so that I´ll be able to play Grand Battle Rush instead of ever playing this crap again. It seem´s that I`ll have to start to learn japanese sooner then I expected but you don´t always get what you want.
Now if I could just find that one link that elaborated on how to convert the PS2 again. Any help here? =(
^^" You want to learn Japanese just for a Beat em up?! You know that is not an rpg. Instead of learning Japnese first (takes probably a few years), I would buy it at once…..If I would have money...... Getting your PS2 moded isnt cheap. By the way, if you have a gamecube you can just use a freeloader, its a nice alternative (cheaper!!!).
