They'll proboally remove it all together and just say that he was strucked down by the enemy forces. I really can't see how they could edit that scene, it's pretty violent.

I'm pretty sure that by that point in the anime his shirt changed to the blue one with the stripes on each side.
I always thought that he must have stolen that pink shirt from Chad from Bleach. Great characters think alike…

Yup XD I was going to use the shot of weird-looking happy and freaked out Zoro from movie 3, but I changed my mind.
