@ultimateclima:
Why can't Chopper just use haki to strengthen his guard point?
we haven't seen haki work that way at all though
all the guard times so far have been this double palms out in front of the person.

Sanji will probably pull a Luffy(Luffy learned how soru was preformed by looking at Blueno)and learn some new version of Newkama kenpo.

When facing Luffy, and Marigold only used one hand when she did it. Shanks blocked Akainu's punch with just a sword. Rayleigh did something similar to Akainu.
I just threw that idea out there given the vagueness of haki and how it works.
@Del:
I didn't meant in that way, as a dream I say a really strong will, something that makes you live. Like an ambition. Which by the way is one of the translations of Haki.
Why do you think there's people that don't go down? Because they got muscles? Because they're strong? YOU CAN'T HONESTLY BELIEVE THAT. It's because they have a drive.
Ehh, while I believe a strong will has something to do with it… I don't think you can generalize and say that's it. All those marines and other people obviously have dreams. There has to be something else to it as well. Like a dream, strong will, being strong in general etc.
But again, it's obvious Rayleigh was aiming, and didn't go the SH crew at all. Cause as stated, Caimie would've fainted. Even with a dream and will, she couldn't do it. Shanks obviously doesn't release his haki 24/7 and it's even more obvious that people can control it. Ace aimed it at Bluebeard, and we didn't see Luffy faint (unless you mean Luffy could've handled that at age 10.)
Also, seeing as how Luffy takes down whole groups of fodder marines, I don't think fodder pirates should be a bother. And I doubt the higherup crews, such as Kaidou's, will bring out their alliances just for fighting a small group such as the SH's. They'll think like you. "How can a group of 9 take us out?". Look at how large Baroque Works were... and those fodder didn't make much of a difference.
So basically: I don't think all the SH's will learn haki. They'll just be strong enough to take it, and only the top 3 will fully utilize it.
Poll wise nobody was right, right? 1/2 chap per SH was the closest.
Oda's mixed it up 2-3 pages both and the recent chap half dealt with other characters.

Well, since half was the closest to the 2 to 3 pages thing I picked it. But I always pictured him doing it in small doses, just didn't know the supernovas and others would play into it.
With everyone bound to learn new techniques, I have a thought. Frank probably wont have pacifista upgrades. The reason is two fold the first is vegapunks lab was boarded up and its obvious that he hasnt been there in a while, the second is that pacifista notes and data is with vegapunk, where ever he is. It seems unlikely that such sensitive information would be left in an abandoned building. Unless he was working on them but couldnt before he was recruited by the marines. My theory is Granky will find new technologys combined with his knowledge will have different upgrades. Also his back wont be exposed. And what I thought would be cool as like a combining partner like a dog, Like Bass and Treble.
I never seen anyone call Franky Frank so I automatically started thinking about all of the other fictional Franks.
Calling him Granky was just weird.
But yeah I kinda agree unless Vegapunk had the early ideas of pacifista in there as well. I figure Franky will try to complete other ideas of Vegapunk that are closer to being made within a year.
Dunno about a dog.
It would be cool if Franky could shoot lasers from his ass.
What if Chopper learned some sort of acupuncture, or at least understood the pressure points in a human body? He would finally be able to paralyze Zoro whenever the guy refuses to put on his bandages. I already can see it now…
Not enough options in the poll, I think it'll be split how it has been, it'll start out as a recapping of world events since the TS w/ Luffy and 2 other chars, then 6 chars, then 2 chars and the reunion.
Robin may just learn more about this world when she now follows the revolutionarys to Dragon.
but is that all she does in 1year^^
i hope she learns a new attacks but i rly doubt it…she could get from Dragon maybe a special task she tries to fulfill in this year, or she meets those commanders Dragon was talking about.
I think that this week we will see Robin, Zorro, Ussop and Franky
I actually expect Zoro and Robin to appear last. I'm sure Oda knows which characters as of now can give the greatest level of anticipation for the chapter after this week's, and to me, those two characters (if it is just two left after this one) are them. We await more of the revolutionaries with Robin, while we await Zoro's next destination/decision since he's the only one who doesn't get the message.
I'd say half a chapter sits right…
523-524 had 2 pages per Strawhat.
591-593 had 3-5 pages.
595-597 seems likely to go 4 pages each.
A standard chapter has 18 pages excluding cover page.
The rest is simple math.
