I'm wondering if any of you are fan of Gash. I think it's a great anime
with lot of humour and nice action. Too bad the subs come so slowly :(
The last arc that aired in japan was awesome, and the fillers crack me up.

I think Konjiki no Gash Bell is the bomb! I think the fighting is cool, the music is good, and Gash is hilarious, I want them to release more….. I've only seen up to eps. 40, and I wanna see more... plus it's licensed, so who knows what fate it holds
Haha I made a post about KnGB on the old forums, but it got dragged to the back, so I figured nobody on these forums were really Gash fans. The manga is hilarious, as is the case with the anime as well. I'm glad that one of our familiar scanlating groups have picked it up.

I'm not sure about the exact chapter the manga is currently at, but I am fairly sure it's at least in the early 200s right now.
Aaanyhow, I can't read much of the manga due to not having any access to them beyond the scanslations but I'm a large fan of the anime.

The japanese versions kinda cool and the english versions allight. Too bad my Cartoon Network went out for like a month and I missed the first fight against Bragou and Sherie. Next saturday the episode with Pargo Folgore and Kyanchyome airs.

Gash is such a cute little guy, I love his thunder abilities.
My favorite character is Zeon (the Zatch look alike) I just think he is so cool looking. I like how he attacks with his hands rather than his mouth like Zatch does.

Probably my favourite Demon I've seen so far is the ice user (the one from episodes 2 & 3) he was sooooo cute XD
Gash is probably second favourite due to his awesome attacks.
Gash/Zatch Bell is now becoming one of my favorite Anime, at first I thoght it was going to sucked but then I saw more eps and I started to like. Im even going to start DL it since once a week on toonami is too long for me.

but I really like Anime-Destiny's subbing, video is great quality and the subs are good.
Does anyone know if the dvds coming out for Zatch Bell are uncut. I doubt it since the cover art is horrible, the dvd is cheap, and there are only about 3 episodes. It'd be really sad if Zatch Bell never sees an uncut release after all this is probably Viz's worst dub (weel there's Megaman but…) especially after there great Inuyasha and classic Zoids (think that was a good dub, but I'm still searching fro an answer to the question did they use the original music?) dubs.

Well "technically" Zatch isn't wrong. The letter G in Japan can be romanized to either a Z or a G (like the L/R thing). That doesn't give them a reason to take out the "Konjiki no" though, but that's probably another attempt at romanization.
I think they changed it to make the zakere joke in episode 1 work.

It makes one piece look normal…I wanna say retarded but the story is so so and it's really funny though in a ententional stupid way. Oh I'm going around in circles. okay let me try again. The boy going on a quest with the thing he uses to fight other things is over played but it has it's twists and bizzare moments which are good so I guess it's okay. Oh I DUNNO KNOW!!

Umagon is one of the greatest characters (next to Parco Folgore)
Seeing Kiyomaro getting beaten up by Umagon is awesome..
and all of Umagons crazy rope antics (plus his flashback of his mom tying up his book)

#Anime-Destiny @ Rizon, like others have said. I think I remember that toilet scene.. that was when Folgore said that Kanchome even had troubles with the toilet, lol, I don't quite remember. Yeh you'd probably like the subbed version :) I await 59..
And you know, a lot of OP seiyuus took part in Gash Bell. Even Naruto's seiyuu!

I know Null is scanlating the manga, but I havent found it yet. XD (maybe after I read the other manga series I need to catch up in)

Zeon has only made 4 apperances in the anime so far (episodes 20, 21, 42, 102) so I dont think he can be counted as the main enemy..
i dont know much cuz i only watch the dub. it seems like brago is the main enemy to me.

I can only think of Brago being the main enemy, he's made the 2nd most apperances of any Mamono (next to Gash of course)
I suggest downloading the original though, its really great.
Actually.. wait a minute.. I just researched on a Gash Bell fansite,
Brago appears in roughly 35 episodes so far..
Umagon appears in Roughly 75 episodes (and thats missing about 20 episodes, so not sure how many he appears in during those 20 eps)
I havent gotten to the part where Umagon meets his Bookkeeper.. but it sounds like Umagon does sort of become an enemy
EDIT: But both Umagon and Brago are still active after 123+ episodes… so who knows XD
I can only watch up to episode 58 right now.. so I'm not sure, I'll have to post later to update with whats going on.
EDIT 2- I guess the english version is up to episode 27.. because on Cartoon Network... the preview for the new episode shows Danny... and Danny only appears in episode 27..
