So many beautiful cosplays.. so many wonderful costumes!

As such, I am in need of help! I wish to create a Gol D. Roger outfit!

After all.. what better way to tribute One Piece through cosplay than to dress up as the Pirate King himself? He who owned one piece? He who started the Great Age of Pirates!

So.. I need help. Anyone know where I can find a good jacket like he had? Most likely I'll have to have someone make one for me, but that would require money and knowing someone who can sew ; - ;. If anyone has any tips, I'd be glad for the assist!

By the way.. has anyone seen any good Gol D. Roger cosplay? I've looked over alot of japanese cosplay sites, but none of them had any Rogers… which makes me hopeful that I am one of the few and proud.. and sad that no others have thought to honor him.

Anyway, love all teh costumes I've seen! Fin is a great Nami, and the usopp is great ^^ Hope to see some of you guys at Comic Con International at San Diego next year... since that is the only con I attend ^^

In any case, non-Otakon related...Monty and I did a mini photoshoot to take pictures for the cosplay lab look alike contest. Here's a few of the results:

Alabasta Nami…I'm hoping I got as many of the details in as humanly possible. I need to start molding jewelry so I can be more accurate >.< And yes, the compass in my logpose is off kilter. Blah. Oh well. I really like how the last shot came out.

I wish my camera didn't suck >.< I love Monty's new Sanji wig so much! The other one worked, but I think this one is so much better. And I love the cooking picture XD! Even if you do see both eyes.
