Teen Commits Suicide Live on Web

Yep, that is me. So tell me, am I being damned to hell? I sure the hell ain't causing shit for anyone, hell, I was at a restaurant the other day and a woman spilled her damn coffee and I cleaned it up so no one would slip.
Would it have been funny if they did slip? No, I don't think it would have been. Now, if someone got online and said they slipped and hurt themselves, I'd be laughing. Fact is, I'm not this kids family or friends nor was I around to prevent this, he's just some kid who emo'd, and that's all he was to the people in that chat. They are not hellspawn for what they did.
When that kid buried his head in the sandbox pretending to be Gaara there was hardly anyone who went "Curse all those bastards for laughing, this is an awful tragedy! They're going straight to hell, they are the scum of society!!!" if none at all. I'm not saying this is not screwed up, suicide is screwed up. Fact is, the people in the chat were not truly at fault nor do they need help.
I'll debate this all day with you if I have to, but we're just gonna be repeating ourselves.
-
I don't believe the people in the chatroom were TRULY at fault. Blame doesn't always aim towards one person/crowd. The kid was bipolar, and the crowd didn't know it. They learn. Does that make them immune from judgement? No. But does that make them the scum of the Earth? No.
The scum of the Earth are the killers and rapists out there who take pleasure in their crimes and see only their pain. Sure, this is similar, but people witness these things all the time.
We watch videoes all the time, seeing horrible things. We shrug it off, wanting to deal with our own lives.
Don't make the lives of those who witnessed the scene worse. Some of them most likely blame themselves, and might move on to a similar fate.

So tell me, am I being damned to hell?
Probably, dude. I mean you told the amazing ME to jump off a cliff! ME!!
Me and god are old friends and Jesus was my college roommate. Pretty sure there is a special place in hell when you kick off…SRSLY tho, ppl keep saying "he should know better' then contradicting themselves by saying he was so messed up he was gonna do it anyway. He was obviously very disturbed meaning logic wasnt playing a big factor here. You cant ask a desperate, depressed and imbalanced person to think logically and know where to turn. PLUS he's a fireakin' KID! Kids are heavily swayed by peer pressure and make stupid mistakes they regret later. No, those chat guys didnt kill him or make him so depressed he killed himself.
Maybe he wouldve done it regardless, but maybe he wouldnt have if theyd tried to stop him. At the very least, maybe they would have engaged him enough to stall so the cops could've shown up and stopped him before he hurt himself. And not everyone is that disensitized that it doesnt phase them. I couldnt even watch more than a few seconds of the video because it made me so upset and incomfortable. Especially with the games ppl were playing over his dead body with their mouse arrows and stuff like that. It was really disgusting.

There's a difference between kids playing and an accident happening and kids taunting a troubled dude to do himself in.
Understand what they did is not innocent. -

Its not much of a debate after reading this.

Hey hey, I'm hovering my mouse over your avatar right now. Suing me for Sexual Harassment?
-
It's not just on the net either. I read in a local paper about a guy who was standing on top off a building/ledge about to kill himself, and lots of random people gathered round and started telling him to jump. He was only about 17yrs old I think, a sixth-former. He ended up jumping, and he died.
From the way he described in the article, he was alot like the guy this thread is about. (Normally quite happy, young, and just flipped and killed himself one day.)

Is my avatar a pic of the boy who just killed himself over the E net? and we are not just talking about hovering over my avatar to view my profile and see all my smart witty post. We are talking about
ppl were playing over his dead body with their mouse arrows and stuff like that.

omg you fucking kidding meeeeee:blink:
okay buuhan i want to thank you that you`re the only 1 left who actually put this whole issue in the right spot..
first of all who could be blamed?
..cause thats the question you all NEED to have an answer or you can`t be happy anymore…blame some1\thing before do something against the issue...yeah clever as always folks..think about it...society should be blamed (as always) cause there wasn
t a "net" which holds such lonely, depressed kids...thank you lord we have such "nets" for alcoholics, murders, and plain stupid individuals..our society rules doesn
t it:sad:
than again society cause there are still idiots around who couldnt accept that some peoples are not like themselves...and yeah dissing a human to the point he can
t accept himself anymore...again clever folks...than to the kid who commited suicide...how could some of you here thinking he WANTED some help???
ehhm from idiotic kids and perverts which searched after suicide-livestreams???
from people in such a unhuman way like via i-net...omg yeah this kid was crying for help..his decision was made!!just his close relationships MUST have done something against this...how some idiots 1000miles away on their pcs ?? it was still sick that some "humans" watch that stuff but you don
t know whats real and whats unreal on the i-net and our society is ruled by perverseness...can`t imagine some of you could actually drive past without looking to a carcrash on the side...proof yourself..can you???how could the i-net user be blamed, who can`t take any sentence for real cause of so many trolls which are everywhere...
"i will kill myself"…now you have feelings for my situation...you know whats going on in me...you want to help me...???when this is your reaction ...THAN WHY THE FUCKING HELL YOU DON
T DO SOMETHING AGAINST IT,how could YOU judge that iam not in deep trouble and that iam not the next guy who commits suicide..why don
t you do something against it???
..dont talk shiat here and DO something...or wasn
t that the message you wanted to tell us aokiji???\ ohh wait wait..haha others will do, right???…puhh iam saved ......................................you
re just blaming some idiotic kids which are also messed up with their world ,that they didn
t help...yeah again clever ...just clever thats the point ...we must blame them wuhuuu again a solution now everything is just fiiiine@Ao:
You can usually talk ppl out of suicide if they make the effort to reach out to other ppl before or as they're in the act. Thats the whole purpose of suicide hotlines.
If he took the trouble of posting all that on the net, he was hoping to be talked out of it deep down somewhere.saying a guy with a lot of experience? pls DO IT..you can ,you`re amazing you know how things work…great
mhh but maybe this suicide guys should reach YOU ,who could actually help them...not some weirdos on the i-net who like sick livestreams...mhh no there will be for sure some geniuses like you..:blink:Maybe he wouldve done it regardless, but maybe he wouldnt have if theyd tried to stop him. At the very least, maybe they would have engaged him enough to stall so the cops could've shown up and stopped him before he hurt himself.
yeah thats why they watch this shiat,so that they could call the cops on every video on the i-net which seems to be illegal..:getlost:
And not everyone is that disensitized that it doesnt phase them. I couldnt even watch more than a few seconds of the video because it made me so upset and incomfortable.
why you were watching it?? doesn
t you know the case ,don
t you know the result…why you watched it??
isn`t that also disgusting????? like watching a porn and than "ahh they fuck each other!!!" surprise surprise -
Man…I couldn't sleep well after watching the video. I can't believe there are people who are making fun of this.
When will people appreciate the life given to them.
-
@Don:
can`t imagine some of you could actually drive past without looking to a carcrash on the side…proof yourself..can you???
I know I can't. =/
-
Ever seen a really bad crash, with actual fire!?
I've seen it at least five times. Once I was half-awake. I woke up from a nap, looked out the window of the car, noticed a flaming car, shrugged it off, and went back to sleep.
In reality, that's awful. A thousand pardons to anyone harmed from that accident. But really, people do these sorts of things all the time.
