WOW!!! That was amazing chapter. I really liked the interactions between SHs and also that new look of smoker cause he looks even more badass than 2 years ago. Robin's presence on the island will surely lead to some important historical stuff :) . Only thing I'm not happy with is that SHs pobably won't go to that Raijin (lightning) island because i was really looking forward to see how the people live under such dangerous weather conditions etc…
I would have loved it to see everyone walking with an umbrella except luffy. Imagine all the inhabitants with enel like faces :-)
Why not, we allready witnessed that the best treasure for them is a young and beautiful mermaid. It doesnt have to be the one who possed her, it can also be another one who was just jeaulous because he couldnt have her. i would like to see the shocked face of everyone when they realise what is flying towards them at gyoncorde placa. Now let it get close enough and then luffy and the other SH enter while punching the arc out of their way. And because Madam Shirley is already at the plaza and informed all the others about luffys future, it would suit them to prove their peacemain status of pirates by saving them all instead of destroying their home.
I can see this as one solution, but would also like other ways because either way will be awesome with this big arc flying towards the plaza.
Another joke is that hody is asking for decken and gets his answer by realising that his old hometome/base is sent to them and about to get them all killed :) Is their alliance finally broken?

I am going with the theory of the upper bubble = ryuuguu palace. As Pacer said, the palace is huge and you cant see it in the big bubble of fishman island.
Also the image of the smaller island looks really like the palace.
The entrance is at the top of the bigger bubble, as you can see because of the clouds in the background, and this "connection" is needed for disturbing the layers in a way someone can travel through it.
As for the argumentation wheter the upper bubble is full with water or not was answered in this chapter. One of the ministers said they shouldnt have drained the palace and you can see that when luffy and co arrived there, it was full of water. So they can put away the water so that the SH can walk around and capture the palace^^
