What is clear is that 3 of the emperors the new emperors are there, because i think Blackbeard is there too, maybe the guy with the Hawk. Blackbeard will do the same as Luffy and create a DARK PIRATE ALLIANCE who wants to conquer and destroy the world. Big Mom is there, Kaidou i'm sure too, and since Blackbeard is more or less like Doflamingo i'm sure he will be there, because u need money, a lot of ships, alliances to control the new world.

Notice how Nami part 2's hips have grown excessively large while Oda has drawn her waist in a very unnatural manner. The way it just in seemingly with a chunk of her side missing was only done for Miss Double Finger in the past. Even within the context of Oda's art style, this appears unnatural and visually unappealing. Her waist is too skinny by Oda's own standards to look believable. Character design is important in a manga in which visual presentation is half the total package.

She was always skinny…I'm ok with that being Oda's style. It's not about her being excessively skinny as much as it is about her looking unnatural.

That's quite interesting, it's also worth noting just how much further down the jeans seem to go.

Personally I hate training chapters/arcs in manga, that is why i like One Piece. The 2 year time skip is a very subtle yet intensive power up I don't think they're too far away from the top, they will still grow however with each coming battle that's for sure, like they have always been. That imo, is good storytelling.

Jeez, I haven't posted in years but this chapter got me thinking..

1. New zombie number style number scheme? Is there any chance for some significance in the 40 for Rayleigh and the 34 on faux zoro? They are both white block numbers on black cloth… so maybe just a new OP universe fashion fad.

2. Usopp has a new weapon. He fired his pop green from a slingshot device small enough to fit in his manpurse. A smaller, faster firing weapon would make him more useful in close quarters. Similarly, Nami's new thunder bolt tempo can be fired without spinning around the climatact. I'm suspecting that her new globe shaped earrings are weather balls.

3. Luffy is now constantly emitting the armor haki. A small tap with his bag launched a large man to the ground. This insinuates that he is so well familiarized with haki that he is instinctively imbuing his bag.

4. The biggest revelation in the chapter hasn't even been mentioned. The fact that marineford has been abandoned as the marine HQ means that the bulk of the WG fleet is now in the New World. This will make it easier for the Strawhats to make it down to Fishman Island (to which nami's compass is still pointing) but more difficult on the other side. It also means that the Luffy, by ransacking Enies Lobby, Impel Down, and Marineford, has completely changed the world order. The formerly sacrosanct triangle current has lost its relevancy. It's now easier for outlaws to travel the 1st half of the GL, which should add some disclaimer to any new bounty numbers we are hearing. Especially considering the potential for bounty inflation under the new Marine commander.

Well it's Doflamingo's whole attitude that presents him as a big shot, it would be extremely weird and I would be extremely disappointed if he wasn't incredibly strong. Your last point which for some reason you put in spoilers is completely irrelevent, Doflamingo doesn't give a fuck if Moria lives or dies.
