1. First off, you took just a point from the whole paragraph. So you stopped the logic in between, took an illogical statement and making a point out of that.

2. And if I restate the first sentence as "I think Sabo is alive…... Luffy is under the impression that Sabo is dead" your trying to be bad-ass comes to an end.

Yeah man, similar issue raked up 2-3 weeks back when everyone got tensed. Eventually OP came out that week. I am sure its the same case even now.

The main reason why I think Sabo is alive is the fact that Luffy currently thinks that Sabo is dead. And he lost Ace a few chaps back. So there is literally no driving force for him to become a pirate king. It would be a great feeling if he gets to meet Sabo and Sabo inturn gives him some words of encouragement and gets luffy back to normal.

I cannot imagine how luffy can get back to normal in any other way.

I watched it thrice back to back to understand what the fuck was going on in the movie. I never expected that a movie will be made on such a complex concept. Worth it anyways. All the so called sci-fi movies that have been releasing lately like transformers-2, 2012 etc should take a lesson or two from this movie as to how a sci-fi can be made with minimal "special effects."
