@The-Light-of-Shandora Anyone's death that is close to you makes you contemplate life choices you made, regardless of why someone died and can be a trigger for change.
The fact that Oda took 3 weeks off only shows as much.
I'd be perfectly okay if Oda would take more breaks if it would improve his health and his work.

RE: Yamato Character Discussion
@electricmastro he idolizes Oden so that he actually wants t be him. This is not only his great feats. Oden also did quite ridiculous things. That's why I fell yamato needs to move on from the whole Oden-schtick and be his own person.

RE: Chapter 1101: To Bonney
@realtenchu Garp's way of training is:
"I have no time for you, go live with mountain bandits"
After which, he expects his grandson and Ace to become marines...

@Robby One can only hope that Oda will start taking care of his health more and that Toriyama's death at least may serve as a warning to other mangaka.

RE: Chapter 1112: Hard Aspects
@Deicide Basically what I said in the spoiler thread.
In science and in IT, redundancy and back-up systems are used widely. It would be weird if Vegapunk did not have something like that in place as the world's greatest genius. One doesn't even need to be a genius to understand that redundancy and backup systems create a failsafe and a more secure environment.I think we'll see the Den Den Mushi destroyed or turned off and the transmission stopped and the Gorosei thinking they succeeded, just to have the broadcast start again moments later after the redundant setup takes over, which will cause a frenzy amongst the Gorosei's ranks as they'll have no more ideas as to where the broadcast is coming from and no way of stopping it.

RE: Chapter 1106: On Your Side
@SirCaesar The strongest creature, until x, y and z are introduced.
I mean, it's obvious Kaidou was strong and was known as the strongest creature but was he really though? Big Mom had a better showing I feel and her Devil Fruit is nigh limitless, the Gorosei seem to be formidable, there's BB possibly with 3 devil fruits, there's Shanks the ultra haki man and there's Imu who might or might not be a fighter bot most likely is. -
RE: One Piece on Netflix (12 June) !!
So suddenly the issues with the missing seasons was fixed. Showing everything up to Marineford and 2 episodes of egghead.
Today I wanted to watch some Impel Down and suddenly there's no more One Piece.
No movies, no seasons, no egghead, nothing. Not even the live action. Anyone else experiencing this? -
RE: One Piece on Netflix (12 June) !!
@MetaMario Well, they could just look at the episode numbers to know that they skipped hundreds of episodes...

RE: One Piece on Netflix (12 June) !!
I'm in EU by the way but with or without VPN it's the same. No more episodes or seasons except 1089 and from Saturday onward 1090.
