Honestly, this final fight is boring the hell out of me. Large part of the reason is probably the fact that I never really cared about Deku - Shoto and Bakugo were always my favorite characters, and Midoriya I only really found interesting when it came to his impact on them. But now you have Deku doing bloody everything, while everybody else is in the background.

Frankly, Mirio was far more interesting than Deku, and was the main reason why I was able to actually read these Deku-focus chapters.

True. But personally, I believe that he will have 10 crewmembers, for three main reasons.

First is most important: Luffy outright stated that "around 10" is what he wants:

Second, Luffy is shaping up to be new Whitebeard if WB had ambition to become a pirate king, and Blackbeard is clear opposition to Whitebeard and Luffy both. And Whitebeard had ten division commanders.

Third, both Luffy and Blackbeard had been set up as a parallel / opposition not just to Whitebeard, but Shanks as well. Shanks was the one who inspired Luffy to become a pirate, and when he arrived at Marineford there was a direct jutapoxition of his and Blackbeard's crew, setting them up for a future conflict. Shanks has 9 known commanders - but if "Mihawk is a secret Red Haired Pirate" theory is correct (and honestly, even if it is not), it would actually be Shanks + 10 commanders. And I lean towards Mihawk joining them in a conflict against Blackbeard, as otherwise Shiryu would have no opposite number.

Now, it might be that Blackbeard will gain more commanders after conflict with the Red Hair Pirates, but that is unlikely IMO as it would be a rush job. Maybe.

I'm currently reading My Hero Academia, and it has quickly become one of my favorite manga, up there with One Piece and Fairy Tail. Not sure what I will be reading after I finish it, but well, that is decision I am yet to make.

Re-reading Ciaphas Cain series. It is essentially a comedy series... set in Warhammer 40k universe. Yeah.

Books are awesome though, if you like a mix of comedy and horror, so... definitely would recommend.
