I don't think Trump and Bolsonaro are comparable in that sense. To me it seems like Bolsonaro is a real and serious right-winger while Trump is an Internet troll. He will probably go to one of those crazy rallies of his and say stuff like:
"So I posted a video making fun of the fake news media and everybody started attacking me, the democrats, the media, the crazy libs. They treat me like a war criminal because I posted a funny video. The deep state wants me gone because I am fighting for you so you have to go out and vote for me …"

I live in Europe and I follow US politics to a certain extent because it's "entertaining". The impression I got is that everything left-leaning is considered "evil communism" by many Americans. The lady in the video said that she's Marxist and not communist, maybe just like Cristopher Hitchens but I posted it because I think that the American right will use that video to "warn" people about the "evil communists" who are trying to "destroy" America and I believe that it will work. While you posted "Oh the horror" sarcastically, I think that many Americans will say "Oh the horror" seriously.

You are actually helping Trump with statements like that because it is obvious to everybody that this is a doctored video i.e. meme i.e. "shitpost" so when people "call out" Trump in the twitter comments for posting a video that is obviously a meme by calling it a doctored video, Trump supporters interpret this that leftists don't understand what he is actually doing. For example, twitter added a warning to the video which was reported by the NY Times and then Scott Adams replied with this:

TLDR: To me it seems that Trump supporters don't view the videos he posts as doctored videos but as "shitposts" whose purpose is to "taunt/own the libs", whatever that means. So leftists getting mad and calling him out is the actual goal.

Guess what,the Brazilian president thinks the COVID Death toll here is fabricated by the governors he sees as political opposition for him in the 2022 election, he also thinks that the states are using the inflating the number of infected and deaths just to receive more budget. As if the quality of the brazilian universal health care wasn't precarious enough in most of the states to no be able to handle a mass influx of respiratory diseases cases.

But I am talking about the US health care system. Does that system care more about money or about patients? I gave an example with the Sackler family. The whole health care system played along with that, it wasn't a one-man (family) army. Is it reasonable to assume that the US health care system suddenly stopped being money oriented?

P.S. I don't agree with the way Trump handled the whole thing + the whole "I am not wearing a mask and holding a rally indoors like an idiot". I am saying that there is money to be made and that's what the US is all about. Even if it's 25% inflated, it's still a serious number of deaths but inflating the numbers can also be misused for both monetary and political gain.
