The title of this thread and what's said in the first post don't match.
TITLE: Comparing Real life injuries to one piece ones How much could the body take?!
HOW MUCH COULD THE BODY TAKE
DOES WILL OVERCOME PHYSICAL CAPACITY?
seriously its the same friggen thing
What how the hell are you expected to take physical damage, if you start to cry when you get a paper cut?
Pain IS a mental Reaction after all
And how am i suppose to fit the whole thing in the title?
Basically the body has limits yes
But the willpower has a good Hold over how far you can stretch that said limit
Mentality plays a good part in this
This topic then just started to go down hill when somebody mentioned the realism of One piece itself
Then we all got into this big arguement
the only person that TECHNICALLY stayed on topic about any injuries what-so-ever was Aldrich
which was about robin
NOW to stay on topic i shall post a story that is very simaler to Robin's injury
! > On December 31st, 1969, roofer Gordon Phinney fell while working and was impaled through the chest and neck on a piece of iron reinforcement jutting out from the foundation. Other workmen cut through the iron rod with an acetylene torch; Phinney was rushed to hospital, where the three-foot length of rod was removed. Phinney survived the accident, returned to complete work on the church, and kept the rod as a souvenir!
he was rushed to the ER, but the only Treatments that would really do anything are, Disinfect, and pull out the object, and or Close the wound
And getting an infection ALONE is a Small risk
So its entirely plausible that Robin Could of healed in that short period of time
