Well they might be changing to rip seeing as they are catching up to dvd release of one piece in japan.

I haven't ever heard that before– as long as they get paid, why do they care where the money comes from? The DVD releases don't have the HDTV (widescreen) versions of the episodes, which is why they're considering switching.

No, 207 official starts Davy Back. 206 ends the fillers, I think its half filler tho I may be wrong. Never seen.

No, unlike 61, ep 206 is 0% manga, and 207 is nearly 100% manga. I think there might have been a stray line or two in there, but no plot events changed.
G8 will be done after 2 more releases, and we will be within DBF after 3 more releases. >.> So hard to phrase these things.

207-219 is the DBF arc, then there's a filler arc from 220-227, 228-229 is Ao Kiji and W7-Rocketman-Enies follows.

I was told by the same person that all Japanese now live 10 miles underground in twinkie proof bunkers to avoid the fat pandemic. The people above ground are holograms and can't, therefor, handle material to ship. They just give the appearance of population.
