Whazzit mean?

It's a musical term, I think. Something to do with "jokingly." I asked my brother, but he was half asleep when he told me…

Whazzit mean?
Instrumental music that's just made up on the spot more or less and doesn't really fit as any other type of music.
An oratorio is religious music that uses vocals and an orchestra.

In Skypiea, there was a manga chapter called "Capriccio." There was also an "Oratio."

Wow, there's several, and a few in Capriccio (well, just the chapter of the same name) and I'm Right Here (Bolero).
-
Vol29's title was Oratorio
and Vol30's title was CappricioTheres your relevance, I looked them both up awhile ago myself, but now I don't remember….
-
Cappricio = think 'capricious'. Cappricio doesn't really show up in music so much as capricious these days (at least not from what I remember; and I play college-level stuff right now), but they're pretty much the same thing.

beethoven- rondo de Cappricio (rage over the lost penny)
