Only Tashigi has been confirmed as a support character turned playable character. And it seems like Alvida is still a background character, if that e3 video is any indicaiton.

Updated cast of characters: Play along with the cartoon series as new characters from the tv show join the crew in the digital world. Up to 24 main characters including new characters such as Trace, Princess Vivi, Tashigi, and more join the adventure.

Well, if I pick that game up I'd probably play it muted. I can't stand the dub voices.
I think I have a good feeling that Eneru will be an unlockable chracter. Sir Crocodile was unlockable in Grand Battle when the Dub was in Drum Island (someone said this, yes?), and we are almost done with Alabasta in the Dub, and in the Screenshots it looks like it goes all the way up to Skypeia. I sure hope Eneru's unlockable ^_^
I personally DON'T want Enel in this game. I'd rather only hear his original Japanese VA than try to imagine the most God-Awful voice over imaginable. Besides, we got our Enel fix in Grand Battle: Rush.
Oh lord… just think of the horrible VA we'd get if they did...
Enel's most likely going to be in the game, since there is things related to Skypiea in the game (i.e. Dials, Luffy's outfit). If all of the characters from GB:R are in the game as well, I think that means there's only one character spot left.
1-19: Grand Battle: Rush Characters (the 16 characters from the English release, plus Aokiji, Foxy, and Enel)

If they're keeping the Davy Back Fight-related material in the English release of Pirates' Carnival, then why shouldn't they keep it in Grand Adventure?

If they include Enel, THEY HAVE TO HAVE WIPER! I have been wanting to play as him forever, but I didnt want to buy GB3 just for him.
I can't bare to imagine what they'll do about Foxy…I think they'll make it high pitch, sorta gayish (not to insult).
Got a SJ newsletter, and it shows new pictures. Support characters appear big too, like when starting specials. Carue is the only new one it shows. Also, Chopper has a Santa outfit

Rider Type Support Character "Karoo":
Karoo, a Spotbilled Duck, is Nefertari Vivi's loyal companion. Players can summon Karoo and ride him across the stage. If players jump or are knocked off Karoo, he will continue to chase after opponents.
Woot! They kept "Nefertari"? Neat! Also, thanks a ton for the scans. I wonder if they will have voices this time around, or if 4Kids will be lazy again.

What still ticks me off is how 4kids ultimately decided to leave the Kanji on Johnny's face but erase it on Mr.1's chest.
I think the game will have it on Mr. 1… I don't know if he has it in the first US one, but they kept "Chaser"'s and Johnny's...
They even kept the cigars on "Chaser"'s jacket...
They also kept it on the back of Bon Clay's coat, even though they claimed it said 'Mr. 2 Bon Clay.'

And from the pics I deduce…
*Yup, Zeff is playable. His main sopport character is Patty, judging from one one the pics.
*Skypeia is in, judging by one of the stages being in Skypeia. Also, I think Conis is a new sopport character.
*Ace's sopport is his fire-powered boat. XD
*Tashigi's is a random Marine, and Vivi's seems to be Pell.

In addition, the Davy Back Fight arena in (With different backround posters), as well as Pagaya (Conis's Father) and Satori. I think this confirms a Japanese relase, singe US OP will be in reruns and STILL be nowhere near Skypeia at release.

I'm interested more in Skypiea Sanji and that Conis support, honestly though! But Zeff does seem like a pretty sweet character to play as.
