I intended to make a comic that will mock Bleach for its lack of background and overly used close-up panels, but it bothered me to no end to draw panels with no details on the background.

Oh, I didn't think that the line shading is hair, it's just that this dramatic semi-realism made me realise that he has a really thick beard.
And that lead to the thought that he has strong hair growth, so he must be quite hairy. -
