Alright, I'm in, I just have a few questions.
Do our drawings have to stay in sketch form? What I mean are we allowed to sketch it then solidfy it with pencil (not pens or anything like that) and complete it?
Also, how many pages are we allowed to use in the sketch book?

each person gets 2 pages. send it media mail. usually the cheapest. the package of sketchbook that i got from neko earlier today showed that she paid $5.30 to send from texas to california. since we're going around the US slowly, i don't think it'll take more than $6 to send it to the next person.
jango, sorry, this is still not UK enabled. shipping costs to much overseas >_<. why don't you gather up the UK people and do one around the UK?
by the way, the book has not officially completed the first round, since it started with me and has now arrived back in my hands.

well, that's my first. it was originally just meant to be a doodle to signal the end of round one. how about from now on, whoever draws in the book will have to fill up his/her page to the MAX? DOODLE MAX!! monta pose
also, i'd like to propose the following:
i noticed that there are BACK PAGES (page behind a page with doodles on it) that are not used. kalei left a note saying that she doesn't draw on back of pages. this is fine… but since round one is over, i say the back pages from the round one section is up for grabs. meaning, if you want to doodle more than two pages, use the unused pages from round one. but don't overdo it and use up ALL of them <_<
does anyone object to this? i just thought that this sketchbook has to be filled up to the MAX. xD
also, if you all agree and we're going to implement this new rule, WHEN YOU DRAW ON BACK PAGES, PUT A PIECE OF PAPER UNDERNEATH SO THAT THE PENCIL DOODLES OF OTHER ARTISTS DON'T GET SMUDGED.
unless if it's eggy's doodle. smudge him all you want. kekekeke.

Alot of erasing even with a paper can smudge the drawing on the other side.

then be careful when erasing.
as for pencil pressure, i think the sketchbook paper is thick enough that you won't rip the page. if you're talking about how pressing too hard creates a copy of the other side of the page on the other sheet, that's why you put a piece of paper in between before you draw.

O_o I've never heard of erasers causing smudges on the other side… Well, maybe if the backside has doodles; then the others side AND the backside are screwed.

Also, I think it was cosmic who asked about price varying for different distances. I asume USA and Canada are the same, so, yes. Yes it costs more to send it further.

if you don't mind sending it oversea, neko, then maybe that wouldn't be a problem… because the main problem with sending the book oversea is the cost. but if that can be taken care of, then i don't see any problem with doing that.
though... time it takes to get there can be a problem. and i think there's a higher probability of the LOSING book in oversea transport.

as for joining, I'm not sure. Not only am I always busy, or tired, but I haven't drawn in quite a while, and I never have any creative thoughts as to "what" to draw. I wish I had great ideas pop in my head like cosmic or taboo.
