Okay, one night about a month ago I was on a baby name webiste looking for names for some characters in story I'm trying to write, and I stumbled across this:

so, by putting "ji" after a number, that's how you say "X o clock" (trying to pick up a little japanese)

Japanese is a language where phonetically similar words have several different meanings depending on the context.
For example, "kami" can mean hair, god, or paper. Obviously when somebody's writing a letter, or going to a shrine, you know what they're talking about in those contexts.
I was going to get my "kami" cut.

I was writing something down on "kami".
I think "Kami" is a crappy DB character.
Hm…..that works I guess.
As many have already said… 三時=three 'o clock. And yeah, I always kind of snicker when I have to say it anymore just 'cause I always think of our main man here :laugh:
