ok and the cards are split up in 2 ways:
Character cards and Technique cards
Character cards will be in one of 5 Factions:
Straw-Hat Pirate
Enemy Force (Examples: Arlong, Buggy, Alvida, etc.)
Strong Man (Examples: Shanks, Ben Beckmann, Ace [Ace comes in set 2. I can't wait!])
Navy
Citizen (Example: Zeff, Johnny, Yosaku,Patty, etc)
for now, the weakest one is probobly Citizen or Navy, but Citizen might be weaker.
Anyways, It's best if your deck is composed of the same faction, or you can mix the Citizen faction with any other faction except enemy faction. Never, EVER mix straw hat with Enemy force. It's possible the worse thing you could do to a deck.
If you want to give your character card some reinforcement, you can add a card to it, as long as it's the same faction or it's Citizen (Again, Citizen won't do well with enemy force) and it'll add 100 power to the character. If it's not the same faction, you have to take away 100 power.
now for technique cards…
Technique cards will only work for the user it's specified for. For example, Gum-Gum Bell says the User must be Luffy. some technique cards will work for anyone. Some technique cards have Requirements, and in order to use the technique card, you must have done the following requirements.
now we can move on to the good part. I'll mention it in my next post so this one isnt too long.
