I think they're making it appear as if the masked person is Shen's master, but it's actually his sister. Shen did say that using artifacts can fry your brain, so that could be some foreshadowing.

If I recall Feng didn't even have a negator power, he was only using an Artifact. Part of what made him intimidating was that he was so powerful using only his martial arts alone.

The thing is that Feng speaks Chinese, so either he's a negator or he relearnt from someone. Also Under seems to value negators over other people, as they were willing to nuke 3 of the seasons.

Maybe he needed the eyes for Billy, but it's weird since he just said he could do anything as long as they live. I was expecting some sort of evolution of his abilities, since negator's are limited by their understanding of concepts. Like maybe he realized that he could "stare" even without seeing just by doing the action and having line of sight.
