That shot with the hammer was so good!
Sakamoto Days

It's amazing how this manga started as light gags and has turned into something much more serious that I still find engaging. Here's to hoping they manage to preserve that balance in the long run.

Yep, my thoughts exactly. Fantastic chapter as always.
-
Sakamoto Days is Beelzebub done right. This managed to keep being engaging as it became more serious unlike the other.
-
In all fairness, Beelzebub has been doing fine for quite a while until it started losing quality towards the end (or respectively that eventually being what made it end). Sakamoto Days still didn't run as long for us to judge it wouldn't make the same mistakes. Though I really hope it wouldn't. It's damn good as it is so far.
-
A younger more sexier assassin won. Who could've seen that coming.
-
Well that surely got me interested in seeing where this goes.
-
Sakamoto confirmed a James Cameron fan.
-
The last 2 panels got me. I didn't like this arc too much, it could have been shorter. In particular, I don't feel like Database's family drama added to the story.

Nobody want that old man's smoke.
-
I liked this arc, a little weird how Shishiba and Yotsumura fight was in the middle of it but we will see how that affect what happens next
the highlight is of course Kanaguri and its great that we will see more of him until one if not Uzuki himself kills him.
-
I just hope that Lu isn't left behind again
-
She already asked the guys to bring her souvenirs, she's not coming. Either the autor was forced to add a girl to the cast and he doesn't care about her, or some higher up doesn't approve of the drunken fist.
-
oooooooh I love me some old days stories. Quite balanced chemistry and effortless interactions, I'm on board.

Poor Sakamoto, only 5th

I didn't expect that. Maybe third (Naguno has a lot of fans), but fifth... And poor Lu, not event top 10, even behind Gaku and the old man.
Re: chapter. Uzuki is interesting. And lol at Nagumo just
chillingstrategizing while the rest fight. -
the poll results are nothing short of criminal

And I will always love you plays in the background

Straight, No Chaser

that was just so good, omg.
and I'm getting a little Stardust Crusaders vibes from it, somehow. I hope it delivers something just as tasty

Spy X Assassin

yeah, she knows what's up with him and her death will be the catalist into turning him into X.
-
boring one zzz the fishing car bit was on the table the whole time, so...
-
hehehe, SD is at it's best when it goes bananas like that.
-
I know Sakamoto Days has supernatural powers (handwaved as scientific experiments and the classic ki/presence/bloodlust 6th sense), but treating a poison like a puzzle was dumb. Especially if the answer was simply more bloodflow = more spread.
-
I don't think every poison acts like that tho.

Plot twist incoming

Yeah, that sounded as natural as my bleached hair. Very sus, but it seems that the flashback to the OG Era is about to end.

Flashback to the end
https://mangaplus.shueisha.co.jp/viewer/1016668 -
oooh, that's an interesting twist but the consequences are dire: either they can't kill right or can't confirm a dead body. the author has a LOT to explain, lol
-
First Sakamoto couldn't check that two apparently dead people were alive, and now he left Heisuke by himself in a foreing country.
