I kinda like it. Another Shaman series I'm not thrilled about. But so far I like the main characters. Kinda makes me think of a warped XXXHOLIC.

If I were to ask off your head could people think of any shounen that takes place in high school with creatures, it has to be demons.
I mean aliens is possible but sci-fi is hard to draw and they can't really exist in another plane and you can't really involve students.
Maybe magic? But that will become demons or creatures that are demons anyway.Sorry, I'm just a little off wire because other boards bitch about it being another exorcist-manga (KnY, Jujutsu).
I was about to agree but then I thought, there really isn't much to do if you are going to do a high school shounen that involves monsters of the week.
There's that dolphin one that's soaring but that's actually a different genre.
Maybe something to do with Lovecraftian monsters would be cool.
But that's demons anyway.By the way I loved this.

Maybe the forum should have a thread for all these starting mangas until they reach 3 volumes or so. At least it would be lively with so many starting and ending.
About this series, it's another exorcism manga. MC is a bit of an asshole. A lot of panels and very fragmented text. I'll keep reading a bit more to see how it compares to jujutsu kaisen.

I'm actually enjoying Iori. His attitude amuses me. I like having amoral leads. It gets a bit too boring when they only want to save everyone with the pureness of their hearts or whatever.

I like the humor, the artist's style and how the plot is being introduced. Not a fan of the ecchi parts of it (why do they draw bobs like dry olives is beyond me), but I can roll with them punches.
hope it has a life in WSJ! Magu-chan is the newbie that I'm rooting for, and I wouldn't mind another supernatural series to support and to be enterteined by rn.

There's ecchi parts? I didn't even notice.

from the top of my head I recall a nude silhouette and a scene in which the antagonist grapes the co-protagonist body in a fashion that busted her boobs. it ain't much, but enough to make a point of it.

Anyone didn't get what was going on with female MC and protag this latest chapter?
Their chemistry seems to be slowing down(even if I didn't get their conversation)
Also, the last two chapters weren't as strong when looking at the first. -
1. Iori calls girl to attract phantoms, but claims to be doing it to help someone else. Girl found out and got angry. Phantom is not what Iori believed so he didn't benefit from the exorcism anyway.
2. Unrelated, big sister tells the girl to call Iori by his name instead of last name. Turns out this is because phantoms react to last names, and the siblings are well known.
Both points wrapped in standard trust issues between characters (Iori not wanting to be close to the girl, Iori not telling her the truth of what he's looking for). -
All right, thank you, I got the second part but the first was confusing to me.
Thank you
