Well folks, another tournament year has come to a close. There was laughter, tears, alliances, camaraderie, outrage, triumph, loss, celebration, and a whole gamut of emotions. New fan favorite characters like Fred picked up a lot of momentum this year, old favorites got further than ever, and everyone came to hate Satori.
All in all, it was a good year of tournament fun and shenanigans. You should all take a moment to thank the staff, who have worked behind the scenes on this thing and the crazy logistics since January. There's a ton of hard work you never see, from figuring out how to rank the characters, organize them, keep things fresh and interesting, assemble art and versus posters, and just… a whole lot of stuff.
So give some thanks to Ubiq, Kitsune Inferno, Silverblade, Gekko135, Steven D. Teach, tigerlilly, Nia, eerie, and myself! Some other senior members, mods and admins chipped in too over the months, but their names aren't at the bottom of the subforum, and since I won't remember everyone, I won't even try because I know I'll miss someone!
And now, for a special closing ceremony presentation, let's celebrate the last several months with a brief revisiting of just a few of the highlights and the contributors. To music, of course!
