The guy stepped on him when he was getting ready to jump. That's really painful, speaking from experience.
And we did win against Denmark, and they're not famous for their weak defending.
But well, I hope we get more loose too. We've been way too stiff and failing way too much.It didnt hurt that much that he had to do roll around on the ground 2-3 times in screaming pain, clearly in so much agony that he thinks he has to amputate his leg because of the unbelieveable pain. Allthough, he seemed pretty fine when he ran on the pitch after he recieved some spray on the sidelines, not to mention how he was fine to run when he got back on the pitch and 2 minutes later score the leading goal. Yeah, he wasent acting at all. Sure it was a freekick, but the guy doesnt need to be so dramatic all the time.

I'll bite. Khedira, Gomez and Boateng have German mothers and immigrant fathers. They were born in Germany and have always identified as German. Ozil is a third generation immigrant. I give you the Poles but there's a huge historic political shitstorm there too.
I was very impressed with Greece. They knew they could not beat the Germans at the passing game so they played the way any underdog would, absorbing pressure and countering. They were tremendously unlucky with the Karagounis suspension, he was sorely missed. The team should be proud, they leave with their heads held high. I wonder what the future holds for the team though. A lot of the stalwarts are fairly old and the coach refuses to give chances to younger superstars like Vellios.Dammit, ninja'd.
