Ban, King, and Escanor act as the gift steal battery system to weaken him physically (king is there to heal Ban if transferring sunshine proves to much), Dianne and Merlin then restrain him, and Gowther, Elizabeth, and Meliodas are the mental infiltration team.

Can we talk about the DK? He looks very imposing, cool beard and sword.
He says Zeldris body has allowed him to not just regain most of his original power, but he states he went back to his prime.
If so, the first time he wasn't even at full power, then.

I suppose, but he had given half of his powers to Chanandler Bong and then the other half to the commandments. Meliodas still retains the power of the commandments even after the DK being exorcised, so I dunno how much power DK really has now.

Sure, but what difference would it make right now. She's there mainly to provide support, but if the need arises she'll make her move.
Also, I think people are making way too much of a big deal out of Elizabeth's old epithet. Give it some time.

I'm assuming he'll just be able to even things out so mel and gowther can do whatever it is they're gonna do. But he'll still probably die, yes. I just hope he gets some closure from merlin before he does.

But can Elizabeth imbue other people’s attack with healing? I understood that the deal with Merlin casting fireball was a bluff on Liz’s side. An who decide that Escanor’s attack’s can’t reach, I think that’s a déjà vu.

Agreed, the current demon king feels like a mid-boss right now, hell, even the first match against Galan felt more dangerous than the current fight.

So what you're saying is that this final battle is going to end up like the last one? I'm not sure about that, if we take into consideration the fact Arthur is meant to play an important role in the overall scheme of things.

Yeah Diane can power up by dancing but she didn't do anything impressive since she gained her hammer. And I don't we why the battle wouldn't play on the same tune or even worse than the former since we have more powerful people in condition to fight the DK.

That is precisely why I think this time the tume isn't going to be the same. Least we forget Escanor is already at his limit, and the fact they have to beat the DK without destroying Zel's body, with all these powerful fighters, is a big handicap.
I'll eat my words if it doesn't turn out that way, but I kinda doubt it.

If the Sins and Elizabeth were to defeat the Demong King in the next few chapters, Arthur's intervention wouldn't be necessary at all. But alas, the chance of the same strategy they used back then working twice is quite low.
And taking in account the battlefield they are fighting in, the king of Camelot must awaken ASAP.

Well Camelot is no more, and considering that at base power Zel has a higher spirit stars than Mel I don’t see why it would be MUCH more trouble than last time.

Samurai guy said nothing bad would happen to him as long as Cath is with him. Cath was also rescued and Cussack is gone so as his magic. Arthur should be awakening from his comma, but with a sword through his chest.
