I couldn't remember any specific instances of it being mentioned, but then it could just be that since Zoro's done it once they just don't mention it every time he cuts steel.
So, has Zoro cut through steel since the Arabasta arc, or has it never been mentioned?
I think he cuts T-Bones sword in half.
He cut two train cars in half.
He also cuts one of the cars of Puffing Tom in half when the crew is on their way to Enies Lobby.

No, but we've seen him cut nothing a lot of the time, and according to a certain theory cutting nothing is the same as cutting everything =)

He cuts all of the cannonballs shot at him during the Franky House raid. The Frankies make it a big point to scream ''But those canonballs are made of iron!!''. Afterwards, he cuts the steel cannon itself in half, too. And, as mentioned, two train cars, a couple of chisels, and the Iron Cloud back in Skypiea, which might not have been iron technically, but was reported to be at least as hard.

Yea, when I posted this I thought about the fact that we've seen him cut so much stuff that seems like its steel, so I had assumed that Oda never felt it was necessary to say, "Hey by the way, he's been cutting steel! Ooooooh, spiffy."
The only reason I really even thought about this was because at the end of the last chapter when they actually said, "We're gonna leave the steel fence to you" and that made me wonder about it. Thanks for the info everyone!

The bombs in the Franky House? And one of the reasons Oda made such a big deal about Zorro cutting through Mr. 1's body is because one of the Supa Supa Fruit's qualities is that it cannot be cut by swords.

Yep, by that logic he would be able to cut diamonds too. Daz Bones probably didn´t understand what´s behind the ability to cut steel so that could explain why he asked that question.

CP9 won't be surprised by Zoro's ability to cut steel. Remember, they have access to all the government's up-to-date info on the Straw Hats. Califa gave that report to Iceburg, in which she stated that Robin was part of the crew, which had only been confirmed a few days before. The marines had reported that Zoro was the one to defeat Mr. 1, and that should have given them some idea of what kind of skill they are dealing with.
And that means that the battle will be tough for all of them for sure… especially for Zoro...
