Katey Sagal played Mordecai's mom too. That was fun to see her bust out her best embarrassing mom impression.
Plus, we find out what exactly makes the how "Regular".
I got into the show last year, and I'm happy to see it back again.

Between Regular Show, Steven Universe and Gumball, this week's CN premiers had alot of "awww, that was sweet" moments.
The last couple of episodes have been really great.
! I'm curious what is going to happen now that Margaret is back.

the first thing i said when i saw it was: Uh-oh!
! also Russians invade the park…somebody must be a spy. and i think i know who...but I'm not telling!
Great episode.
! Thomas past was really interesting. I did like the reference back to the Christmas Speical and Thanksgiving speical.
Both new episdoes of Regular Show was great.
! I'm curious where this storyline with Mordecai,Margaret, and CJ is going. I'm really like the character development of Rigby and Eileen have been getting the last few episodes.

! why that kiss…hopefully CJ can work it out with mordo...seems like he was thinking, 'what if' with Margaret moving back to town though.
Kudos to the ending of tonight's episode.
! But why do I feel like the story with Margaret isn't over?

I have the same feeling about that. The episode was pretty great.
Wow… just wow. The new episode of was just amazing.
! Everything about the new episode was great. From the anime opening song to the ending of the final battle with the baby ducks and the geese teaming up at the end.

i know right….
! and the combining scenes were like something out of Tengen Toppa Gurren Laggan. and that final attack, BOOM! the shockwave from that fried the whole planet. that and…..they broke the moon.
best episode ever!
I have to agree. Its one of the best episodes of the series.
In general it's cool that the show went back to it's old school roots these past few episodes with just the Park dealing with stuff. But yeah, this last episode was amazing. Love the baby ducks. Great one to leave on for it's supposed hiatus.
Oh boy, that Evangelion inspired opening to the "pointless narrator" from Robotech, Voltron sequences and VARIOUS Gundam series callbacks. This ep was chock full of old school goodness. (Tho I have a hard time calling Gurren Lagann "old school" ^_^;;; ) The ending credits seemed to be a riff on Cowboy Bebop's ending as well, but it could also be a more specific reference to something else.
I also love the meta-ness about the actual Regular Show toyline completely sucking ass.
!
Last week's was great too. Spoofing Home Depot (where I recently got a job at, making this much funnier to me) and the iconic Neverending Story laser-eye statues! They've been on a roll recently!
EDIT: How could I forget that they made fun of the gender-bias in cartoon focus groups also! Overall really smart episode!
Words simply cannot express how amazing that special was. This episode was a love letter to mecha anime, and I loved every second of it.
Next week, there are going to be 5 new episodes of Regular Show.
Monday: "Not Great Double Date"
Tuesday: "Death Kwon Do-Livery"
Wednesday: "Lunch Break"
Thursday: "Dumped at the Altar"
Friday: "Dumptown USA"
Great episode.
! The opening moment with Margaret and Eileen together is so much similar to Mordecai and Rigby. I really like the character development in this episode was great. Margaret trying to call Rigby and go his answer machine was funny.
Great episode tonight.
! Good continuation of Monday's episode with the entire Mordecai and CJ storyline. Rigby finally admitted that he and Eileen are now a couple. I'm curious to see what going happen next with Mordecai and CJ.
Wow. Glad the couple finally got their act together. Good for them. I mean, they've had thee act together for awhile, I'm just happy for them is all.
Trailer for the movie.
Dang, Regular Show movie looks it's going to be great. Can't wait until November for it.
Great new episode tonight.
! Rigby's Bison costume was cool besides Muscle Man's Snake costume. The endings of the 3rd and 4th shorts actually spooked me out.
Major points for using and structuring an entire gag around Warren Zevon's Werewolves of London!
Next week, New episodes of Regular Show.
Monday: "Return of Party Horse"
Tuesday: "Sleep Cycle"
Wednesday: "Just Friends"
Thursday: "Benson's Pig"
Friday: "Hello China"

i'm calling it right now, Wednesday's episode is gonna be focused on Mordecai.
Edit: And i was right!
Tonight's episode was great. I made a mistake on the episode airings "Hello China" airs on November 30th. Tonight's episode was "The Eileen Plan".
! Nice character development episode for Rigby, now that he wants to graduate high school for Eileen.
"And when GBF loses his title, the character literally explodes, unlike Plaintiff."
Hahahaha.
Ok that was funny like crap. The char is clearly inspired in the guy, but RS probably just wanted to make a cheeky reference and never actually insult the guy. He was a bit of a tool to go so far.
In another ways, the tribunal arguments were funny like hell. I never knew USA´s tribunals could be so literal.
"The character faces a giant bluejay and a racoon in a video game. Well, the Plaintiff never did that. Case solved everyone, let´s go home."
Would GBF be protected under Parody Law anyway?
Would GBF be protected under Parody Law anyway?
Long as the names are different (they are) and they're not using the obviously inspired character more than once (they aren't) ina prominent way or for advertising.
When it comes to fctional characters there have to be at least five distinguishable changes.
Of course, if its a public figure (politicians) you can use them and their real name all you want and be fine.
Ah. Well they did use him one other time
BUT STILL!
Regular Show the Movie was pretty great.
! Man, I almost tear up when Rigby read his college rejection letter to everyone.
A week of new episodes of Regular Show starts tomorrow. Here's this week episodes.
Monday: "Hello China"
Tuesday: "Crazy Fake Plan"
Wednesday: "Win That Prize"
Thursday: "Snow Tubing"
Holy crap…. The season finale of Regular Show......
! That was a huge a cliffhanger with Mordecai, Rigby, Benson, Skip, Pops, Muscle Man, High 5, and Eileen being stuck in the dome going into space. All the characters close friends and family seeing the dome going into the sky tear me up a bit. Because no one can save them and the park.
Besides the ending of the episode, it was a really great season finale, it had great characters development for Mordcai, Rigby, and Benson. And it concludes Rigby and Benson major storylines they went through this entire season.
Halloween special is out, and Eileen's costume is paying more respect to Metroid than Nintendo for its 30th anniversary.
Also on point, Rigby's Tetsuo costume and Muscleman's Zardoz. I'm a sucker for blatant references to things I like.
We're a bit more than halfway through the final season, and it's been a lot of fun. I mean there's never much to talk about on the Regular Show, but they've gotten a lot of mileage out of the new settings, and I kinda wish they had a couple more seasons to do other ridiculous premises. Of course they probably went with space, since that's where most series end up when they have nowhere else to go. Regular Show's never been at the top of my priority list, but I've got to praise them for being consistently inventive with their really weird surreal premises and 80s cultural throwbacks/knockoffs/homages.
Dang, that was some plot development.
! I didn't expect Pops being an alien. I'm actually interest to see what's going to happen with Pops training under Earl.
So apparently the finale airs on Jan 16th. Haven't seen any of the episodes since they went to space except for the seer episode. Hope it ends well, though I gotta catch up with the past few seasons to get a grip as to what's going on.
Well, I'm ready for the final episodes. Man, I'm going to miss this series, when it ends. Since it's pretty much the main show that I still watch on Cartoon Network besides Steven Universe and Adventure Time anymore.
Cartoon Network aired two of the final four episodes of Regular Show just now. These two episodes did a great job to set up the finale episodes of the series. I thought the reference to the original pilot was great. I'm ready for the finale on Monday.
I feel like it's an end of an era. Very sad to see it end.
Dang… the ending of the Regular Show actually making me tear up. That was a great way to end the series.
I want that box set so bad.
! Or the VHS
Great finale.
I haven't watched the show really since I stopped having cable, but I checked that one out and watched the last couple episodes to catch up a bit.
Great finale, fantastic sendoff. Couldn't think of any better way for it to go.
I wonder how far back they decided to put in a Bowie song. Animation takes about 9 months, so they probably would have been writing right around the time he died.
I want that box set so bad.
! Or the VHS
Great finale.
The 2 disc set of Mordecai, Margaret, and CJ joke made me laugh.
Finally caught up after up after forgetting about it for a while. Pretty nice. Really like Fries Night and the eventual wrap up.
Also this was one of the coolest thing I've ever seen animated.
Comic Book series announced.

Wow, I didn't expect this. I'm happy that Regular Show is continuing in some form.
