Hey guys, im new here but I've been buying figurines since 07 and a really big fan of One Piece, Boa FTW! Keep in mind, Im also a customer and a fellow figure collector just like everyone here. I can vouch for Toyslogic's legitness in their One Piece mercs since all of my POPs are from them and they are legit. I asked the owner before about the sticker deal and she said that they have the stickers on hand for those who want it that ordered from them, just contact them about it. Of course, i asked them why the stickers are not on the boxes, She said that they have to put the stickers on themselves and that the stickers just recently came because they are in the process of becoming an official Megahouse Distributor. So rest assured that all the POPs from Toyslogic is legit.

@dragonxpiece: Check the invoice that came in the package when you get it. $18 is too high for flatrate and flatrate shipping can be anything, it can USPS Priority, UPS Ground, etc.

We know the items are authentic but that doesn't make us ignore the fact that ToysLogic customer service blows, overprices a lot of items, and when we ask for the stickers, they pretend like they're going to send them but don't.

Ask them again about the stickers, Mine is on the way with my other stuffs. She said just email or call them directly and she'll sent it right away.

I'll acknowledge them if they come through on SQ Hancock and get it to me within a month of the release.

The problem is they always say that. They've come to this forum pleading their case. Even gave a special discount that no one could get to work. As the saying goes, actions speak louder than words.

That's not what I mean. Toyslogic can say all day long that they've changed, but unless they prove it then it doesn't mean anything. The fact that people are still having these problems proves they have a lot of work to do. Instead of talking about what they're going to do and how they're going to fix things they should just do it.

Well, how do you guys want them to prove it? They are already fixing the sticker deal with those who bought from them. The emails are now faster from my experience which isn't big since Im new here and they can't really do anything about the price since the yen is very low right now.

the fact is, i dont give a $$$$$ if Toyslogic consider flat rate UPS or USPS etc.
usually UPS flat as you call it is called GROUND. flat rate is usually USPS Flat rate , besides the fact is, the guy @ toyslogic CONFIRMED ME that they were going to ship it USPS Flat rate priority…. this means that it fits the USPS flat rate boxes, not priority toyslogic own boxes. but toyslogic told me they were going to use USPS flatrate. the problem is that the freaking gay UPS ground or "flat rate" how u call it takes 6-7 freaking days, USPS Flat rate takes 2-3 days, and after waiting 6 days AFTER THEY HAD MY MONEY, i have now to wait 7 more days to get my shiet.total of 13 days from inside US and for $18. that is absurd, even freaking parcel post that is 9 days cost only $8.50 for that weigh.. comprende? so no matter what you said, their customer service blows, their shipping cost blows and now when i get my merchandise, that shi*better be original... i heard the stcikers were not where they supposed to, i know my stuff im a pro WCF afficionado and i will check, i will confirm and i will find the proof i need to prove its fake or real. so it better be the real deal. because otherwise that would be the drop that overflow the glass and if its fake, i will complain with the BBB and im sure there are many other people in the forum who are very disatisfied with their service and products.

Let's see, when they offer a discount make sure it works. As far as I know there's a lot of people who haven't gotten their stickers from them. This isn't a one person had a bad experience with them so they must be horrible way of thinking, this is a lot of people have had a bad experience and only a handful have had a good one. And like I said actions speak louder than words. More people that have good experiences shows that they are changing.

The way you're defending them makes it seem like you're lobbying for them. You say you're new here so you don't know how this community works. We all look out for each other and let each other know our experiences, good or bad.

by the way, here proof that Flat rates DOES NOT reffer to UPS Ground

as you can see Ground is another option!!! under UPS

under USPS u see priority and under flat, which are the USPS flat rates (flat rates boxes usually ship priority and for low price)

listen, if i would have known they were going to screw me up, i would have paid the little more and upgradte to actuall priority not the flat rate priority

Like I said Im also a customer who also got the bad end of a deal too but i feel that they are trying their hardest to turn everything around so Im willing to give them the chance of turning it around. Yes, Im new here so I dont know how the forum works yet but Ive been and a member of several other big figure forums so I know how everyone feels when one of them get iffed by a store. I maybe new here but not in the figurine world.

I bought it on Nov 22nd. I did used the blackfriday coupon, but that is beside the fact, that is no excuse to screw me anyways.

Sorry but ya i got screwed up by Toyslogic once before but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and they are actually really trying to change.

Sure they've said that, it seems like they mean it but it means nothing until you have those stickers in hand.

if they are willing and able to send the stickers for ALL the OP merchandise that was sold with no stickers then big pros for them
however i hope they realize that NOT every OP material they sold with no sticker is the same sticker.
for example POP and WCF.. they both use different stickers. do they have both types of stickers?

well I need stickers for WCF, but you say you only have silver stickers??? the issues is, WCF are not meant to leave Japan, and if you do have them, they must be not liscensed to sell in US (impossible) but imported. and they should then include the respective Japanese toei sticker. (same happens when other online stores world wide sell them, they all have gold stickers and some companies put their own next to it)

I don't understand why Toyslogic don't just put the stickers on anyways. Most people who want the POPs etc want the stickers on anyways so.

I think if they want to be reputable they should put the damn stickers on to begin with. People are bitching about it (with good reason) so fix the problem. Fix the high shipping cost for crying out loud. It shouldn't cost $10 to ship a WCF within the USA, and should not take over a week to process. I could order from amiami and toyslogic but get my order from amiami (JAPAN to USA) first before TL even ships it out. We want to buy products from you but you are making it impossible.

Figure collectors spend LOADS of money on pieces of plastic that aren't a necessity in any way. The economy sucks. You think places would be kissing our bums to push their product.

That being said, I have some WCFs on preorder with TL and am hoping they impress me with their new urge to keep the customer happy. I give second chanced but not third ones.

yea, well I am working it out with them right now, here we will find out if their customer service is really up for a change or not.
if it works out, then i would recommend then 100% and give them a shot for the future , if not then ill guess we back where we started.

I know they think that because they are in USA it saves us the hussle of international shipping and prices. but in reality,it doesnt. because shipping might be less expensive and faster (only in some cases) but they got to mark up the prices to make up for the import prices. but now places like HLJ and other online retailers overseas , not only sell the merchandise at retail value (cheaper than TL) but also offer discounts because of the rise of the Yen and have shipping discounts, which makes itnernational buying much easier ,faster and cheaper than buying from US importers.

Listen, edrick. If you guys come through on Super Quality Boa Hancock, we will buy from you. I know some of us have pre-orders prepaid for them on ToysLogic but we aren't really depending on you because the past has made us feel like we can't rely on you, at all…

If you can come through on an item like that at least shipped out to us within the month it releases, then you can have our business or at least mine often enough. Until then, we have same release date as Japan solely export sites with amazing prices to go to.

Please refer to our shipping policy. Flat rate packages takes 7 days. We are offering you the option to reject the package since you are not happy and give you a full refund. If you choose to accept your package then I think this situation is settled. Thank you again for your understanding.

@ Xajen.. I think that is a very reasonable expectation. Please allow 1 to 2 months time after japan release for US to receive stock and ready to start shipping. There are many things that are involved in importing that are out of our control. Since this is limited item, we will do our best to secure as much stocks as possible, if manufacturing cut production we will be affected by it as well. Just an FYI limited items are not always guaranteed. Its up to whatever the supplier will allocate for us.

screw shipping policy. you told me something and it was shipped different way. at the time of placing the order i was in the phone with you. if you would have told me :oh flat is not priority" and takes 7 days, then i would have said ok charge me for a faster shipping way which was only $5 extra.but you confirmed me that the flat rate was using usps priority flat rate. besides, nice long while u guys took to ship the item, couldnt just drop it at the post office after 2-3 days?
you are talking like my TIME and MONEY is worth nothing. i was short of $118 for 11 days!!! I have been refreshing the tracking page for 11 days. i have been waiting for that long too and there is still 4 more days left for it to arrive. and u think anything can be solved by simply, refunding the money?? hahaha niceeee . that not how it works.

I did get the sticker about a week after I complained.

But I still really don't like them.
They ridiculously overcharge on shipping, which I'm pretty sure is intentional cause they could have easily have refunded you right after they printed the label if it was by accident.
And some of their products have considerable shelf wear damage.
Also I know business are out to make money but to raise prices during a sale is really dirty.
I still don't have a Kuma POP partly due to them…
I'll just try getting him elsewhere.

I don't know how that proves you aren't with ToysLogic, I'm not exactly 100% on you not being with them. ToysLogic could go on MFC just as easily as they've been coming here on AP.

It's because of how vehemently you were defending them and how basically you were blowing off people's bad experiences with them. Also the repeated asking of what they could do to prove that they are changing. Then a worker who hasn't posted on here for awhile suddenly starts to post.

I second this. well I really wouldn't want to gamble when it comes to prize items. see, let's say i've preordered super DX hancock with toyslogic .. I'd have to wait like 1 - 2 months for them to ship the item not even knowing if they can get enough stock to fulfull all of their orders .. hell they can't even make sure they get them at all. so while that prize item is released in japan, I'd need to wait 1-2 months longer not knowing if I get my item. you know how much her prize could go up on pages like YAJ in the meanwhile? so if toyslogic can't get it in the end .. I'd be stuck with paying a fortune should I still want to get her elsewhere. I'm sorry but this is not acceptable for me. if you take orders for items, than at least make sure you can fulfill everyone of them. if you're not sure you can get a specific item … don't take orders for it. it's really that simple.

Im not blowing off other people's bad experiences since I can relate to them especially that what happened to me is worst than overcharged shipping. And also, another member here vouched for them and you still cast doubt on that too. Are you guys also going to call him part of Toyslogic too?

a absolutely agree with bran-chan. if I've had bad experiences with a shop … seriously I would maybe give them a second chance if I can be sure they changed. however I wouldn't run around telling everybody how hardworking they are and how they are trying to change.

That's the same thing I did but why the different treatment? I even asked you if it's fine that I post a pic of it when I get my stuffs to prove that they are fixing their wrongs. Just because I'm new? Way to treat the new guy. Also, just because I didn't do that, im not a customer? People have different ways of voicing their minds, not one standard way.

No it's not the same thing you did. He only posted twice, didn't adamently defend toyslogic in those two posts, just told about his experience. While when you posted about your experience you kept on defending and explaining about them when myself, Xajen and Dragonxpiece were responding about why people feel the way they do about them.

You're also coming across very defensive towards toyslogic in your post. Hey you had a good experience with them, we all get that. More people have had a bad experience with them and are a bit leery of placing more orders with them. When this is explained to you and you post back still in defense of them it's coming across like you're blowing off people's experiences.

So you're new, so was everyone else once. That's not why you're getting this treatment. No one said you weren't a customer of theirs, just one that appears to be lobbying for them.
