And that's oddly ironic because I'm sure everyone that wears uniform would like to wear casual clothes instead. There were a few schools I used to go to that required uniform and among them was the one private school I attended. It gets old pretty quick.

In the case of Sixth grade white/yellow shirt with brown pants was the norm there.

The reason the system was put in place was due to the MASSIVE amounts of cases of pedophilia that were rampant in the 50s-60s back home.

By color coding the students the chances a pedophile would approach them in public was heavily diminished.

That's not to say that after school problems wouldn't arise due to the EARLY development of Rican females, case in point: one of my best friends was like a 36C-D during sixth grade... and could easily pass for a young college girl by today's standards.

Well, I live in Germany and well… here it's a hopeless wish to get school uniforms. There are only a few school that have them. but that's just private schools or religious schools and not all of them have uniforms. It's like under 1000 schools u have one with uniforms.

And it's not like that I want to wear a short pleated skirt or something. I would have liked a lower version of school uniforms. like a black jeans or skirt (at least long enough to cover the knees) and a blouse. Nothing to formal. But it shouldn't matter which shoes you were or what socks or if u like to add a tie or something. It should be something you feel good in.
I hated it to always have to buy new clothes.( or rather let buy) You were out when you wore a shirt more than once in a row and then the people started talking behind your back. I think bullying is a big problem in german schools. You can really see, who has rich parents and who not and this makes it hard for a lot of teenagers.

But to add this: I really don't know if I really would like it to wear a uniform 5/7 Days a week. Perhaps it would getting on my nerves really fast... I'm fastly get bored with new clothes I buy (Must be the reason why I have like 80shirts...)...
