Great episode, even if I still don't care much for some of the content. And I liked the filler they put in, with Luffy being snuck on board Momonga's ship and Hancock having to cover it up. Probably the first time this particular plot device has actually made me laugh. Great direction and setting, 'especially with the scene with Sengoku and Impel Down. Though, didn't Luffy leave Amazon Lily in the morning in the manga, rather than when it was still dark? I personally liked it better this way. Added to the mood.
Now Luffy's going to look like a real dick if he never comes back to Amazon Lily after describing all of the weird and wonderful stuff 'bout his crew to Marguerite and her friends. I guess that can be taken as that he will indeed return later in the manga after the Straw Hats get back together and not a ''take our word for it'' kinda thing. Crushing people's hopes would be a douchey move.
And awesome animation is awesome, even if it should've been saved for something more worthwhile. If only every episode looked and played like this one.
