I don't expect to get much help with this, but one of the things I've constantly figjitied over for years has been the display settings on my Dell 15" (guessing on the inches) Desktop Monitor. It's just your usual desktop monitor, it's not flatscreen, it's the standard monitor which comes with computers (or use to).
The problem is, the settings which adjust how the picture is displayed, such as width, height, pincushion, trapezoid, pin balance, parallelogram and width. Over the years, I've changed these settings several times, especially when I happen to change screen resolutions, and ultimately it has never been "perfect".
This question was brought on cause I just changed my screen resolution from 1024x768 to 1280x1024, which I honestly don't know if I'm gonna stick with, 1024x768 seems to be the best. As such, I had to mess with them again, and again, not perfect.
My question is: Are there ideal settings for these… settings... and if there are, what are they? Maybe there's a site which gives recommendations on the settings? Thanks in advance.
