This was a while ago. Like mid 2004. It's just chapter 18 of Death Note drawn by the Bo-bobo creator. Same script as the original chapter too.

I thought it was kinda funny to see Bobobo as Ryuuku and the Tokoro Tennousuke apperance. I cracked up at the facial expressions too. It just seemed to make the chapter funnier.

Correct! In issue 35 (I think) of 2004, they did title pages for each other.
