As for settei, I probably have around 150+ different sheets for the SH crew (of varying degrees of quality), and then 500+ for OP in total. Some of the higher res ones can be found on the Settei Pre thread.

I saw it at my anime store. I was actually pretty shocked to see it since everywhere else says Aug release. My friend was going to buy it for me as a late birthday present, yet I told her to wait up until we go to Chapters (cuz its cheaper there)maybe they got the dates wrong. But when we got to Chapters- nothing past 14. Apparently its not supposed to be RELEASED until Aug- I dont think it means stores havent gotten the books or something in backstock.
Than again, my anime store is pretty… well not quite shady- yet they've had trouble with the law a few years ago with bootlegging (but I know for a FACT that the manga they sell is real).
I plan to pick 15 up when I go to the states in Aug- so cant tell you anything more about it.

@KitKo- do you think you could post the ones of Ace if you have any?... or Sanji XD

Toei releases one a week on their site at http://www.toei-anim.co.jp/tv/onep/settei.html and several French OP fan sites have large archives of them. They are, however, smaller than the ones I uploaded.

A few settei can be found in the Animation Logbook, Rainbow, and a few manga adaptions of the movies (4 and 5). Movie 6 also has a sketch book. They did release at least three volumes of settei. I've been able to track down volumes 1-3 – that's the source for settei I posted of Sanji and Ace.

Probably a big request, but I need flags that I can use on One Piece-Central, you will be credited.

I already have all the Straw Hat's flags, but I need the other crews now, including World Government, Baroque Works, etc… problem is, I don't think we got nice flat scans of such flags like we did the straw hat crew.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
