Lucky Rou is what stephen has, so I guess that's it.
The Grand Red Characters data file has it as ''Lucky Roo'' and the the Grand Red Characters data file is always right.

Maybe it is because of that "Light Blue," but my faith in the romanization of OP things is kinda low.

Where did you find Light Blue? Apart from one or two obvious spelling errors, the Grand Data files are probably the closest to ''official'' romanization spellings than anything you'll ever get.

If we go by the second opening then Lucky Lou is a lot bigger then he was ten years ago. He was smaller then Shanks back in the days when the were in Luffy´s village and right now he´s bigger then Shanks.
BTW Battle Franky, that character´s name is Brue. At least in the german version of OP Round the Land.

We see her ability briefly in chapter 217 & I think 129 in the anime.

Its definitly in the arabasta arc, i'm not sure of episode but I think its in episode 128 or 127 when bon clay distracted the marines when the straw hats escaped and from the looks of it, bon clay went down with blazin' glory(he's not dead of course).

this is not exactly a "who is" question more bout a "what/where is"
where did they exactly said something about raftel or it being the last island in grandline or where did they mention that one piece is in that island. if its true then why havent whitebeard or shanks been there or have they been there already?

It was Crocus who said that Raftel is probably the last island of the Grand Line and that One Piece may remain there.
As for why Whitebeard and Shanks aren´t there yet. Well the way the Grand Line has been described it is a dangerous place to be that gets tougher and tougher the further you make progress in it. And so far only the strong keep going on. So it is very likely that Whitebeard and Shanks are already far at GL but not that far yet.

Or, Shanks simply has no intention whatsoever to find One Piece. Maybe it's the same with Whitebeard, or maybe he's just biding his time. We never really heard him claim his goal was to be Pirate King. That's just what Ace wants him to be.
Even so, my theory remains that Raftel isn't just some island waiting there for visitors. I'm sure that at the very least, it'll be extremely hard to locate. Considering the speed Luffy and company are going, I have trouble believing Shanks or Whitebeard wouldn't have reached the end already.

However I think that Luffy and co make an extraordenary progress at the Grand Line. Luffy just wants to have adventure. He just goes to the next place where he senses adventure and experiences it. When he´s done with it he sets course for the next island.
Shanks at least is not like that. We´ve already seen him two times just chilling around some random island enjoying his pirate life. And since he says that he wants to get to Whitebeards place, Newgate himself must also have some places where he likes to enjoy his stay. I take it that those guys, though they are determined, enjoy it a lot to just get themselves drunk from day to day. Just as real pirates, whereas Luffy just can´t wait for the next adventure. BTW, I guess Roger was the same like Luffy about that thing. That´s why he became the Pirate King.

u dont have to know japanese, u can dl chapters scanlated by the NULL group, they scanlate chapters of one piece and i think they are just 1 or 2 chapters behind the current one, u can download them and read them (franky is included there already for quite some time)

I answered this question a couple of pages back, But I'd be glad to answer it again. The mysterious figure that fixed the ship in skypiea is called "Klabauuterman". Klabautermann is the spirit of ships that are damaged, and the spirit is the re-incarnated version of it. It is usually dressed in a raincoat, carrying a hammer. We find out about this when Usopp drags the ship to Franky's hideout, the old "Tom's Workers" building, and Franky tells him about it, being a former shipwight himself.

I agree with ron_8. I never understood the skipping a chapter attitude. You only understand One Piece´s greatness if actually look at the whole picture. It´s just as a mosaic.

I totally agree, you cant just skip a few chapters in a manga and expect to know hwats going on…. maybe during a filler arc in the anime but definately not the manga.

I'm curious about the word itself of Cipher Pol. What is a cipher pol? I tried looking it up, but I got nothing.

I always interpreted the Pol to be of the exact same meaning as in the word "Interpol". And there the pol is actually short for police.
Cipher on the other hand is just another term for number. So if I´m not interpreting things completely different it is actually "Number Police".

actually dragons voice was really good. the epsiode wasnt really bad except for the atk name changes it was fine.
