Are you freaking kidding me? On the very next page the same pirates speak of how Moria fought with Kaidoh (meaning he´s not one of them). Besides, if Moria lost to Kaidoh, then why should he have taken control of his shadow in the first place? And third, you really think that Oda is going to introduce one of the Yonkoh in such an unspectacular way?
