I don't get the Odz/Oz/Odr thing. I'm not particularly against any name, I just don't really see how it could translate as Odr. Isn't オーズ just o-zu?

Hell
He's Odin
From the Norse Mythology, which was a north cold land
Unless he gets a spear and gets killed by a wolf I don't think this is gonna be more clear
Greg already showed you guys the eye patch issueMore specifically, he's Odr, an aspect of Odin that was Freyja's husband.
Anyway, this is silly, guys. A great number of people in America don't even have their original last names because of Ellis Island changing them, so having a difference of opinion on what Odr's name should be is pointless. Call him what you will.

Question: How is Óðr pronounced? It's like indigo says, Odr doesn't sound like Ouzu, even if it is closest to Óðr. That could be why Stephen went for Odz (best of both worlds).

Hand the man a cigar. This is what stephen said when he first coinced the term. It's a portmanteau http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Portmanteau
