@Lobster:
I'm not the one who has to prove anything. You do. The events you refer to never happened. You're just guessing. I'm just going by… what happens in the story.
Here's proof.
Fact: Every time Luffy has lost consciousness after a fight, he doesn't wake up for hours, if not days.
Fact: Luffy beat Krieg after lunch.
Fact: Luffy woke up before lunch.
Twenty hours of sleep is not unusual for Luffy after the beating he took, and make no mistake, he took more damage from Don Krieg than he did from any other opponent until Crocodile and then Lucci.
A full day's sleep perfectly explains everything. It doesn't leave any questions. It is the simplest and most logical answer.
Your theory is completely inconsistent with the show.
It's inconsistent with Luffy's usual post-fight coma.
It's inconsistent with the timing dealing with the lunch issue.
And honestly, there simpley aren't enough hours in a single day to do all the crap you think was done.
Have you gone nuts? Do you think Luffy can plan how long he's unconscious? And Kriege didn't nock him unconscious. Luffy went unconscious because he fell into the water.
Luffy disarmed Krieg by punching his bomb on a stick ten times in a row. He took more damage in that fight than any other fight in East Blue. And he almost drowned on top of it. And you think he was conscious again ten minutes later?
Exactly. No sunset was shown after the Kriege fight.
That's because nothing was shown between Luffy beating Krieg and Luffy waking up. It's never shown how he got to Sanji's room either. Do you think magical sea fairies came out of the water or do you think Sanji carried him?
You yourself have zero evidence. You're just "guessing" that night happened when there was no indication that the day was approaching its end.
…......................
Are you !@#$ing kidding me?
The day is ALWAYS approaching its end. From the very second it begins, it start approaching its end. THAT'S HOW TIME WORKS!
Yes. I am guessing, but unlike you, my guesses are educated. Being that I'm the only one of us that's actually seen the show, I know what I'm talking about.
My guesses are based on observations I make of the show. If something isn't explained by a theory, than the theory is wrong.
My theory is that Luffy slept for a day. It doesn't conflict with anything and leaves all questions explained.
Your theory is that Luffy got knocked out and woke up on the same day. Your theory doesn't explain Luffy's inconsistent post-fight snooze. Doesn't explain the hobbit schedule of lunches. And doesn't explain how why there's apparently 30 hours between sun-up and sun-set.
No reference to Luffy sleeping a day. Nothing.
We know he slept. Since people, especially Luffy, especially after taking such a beating, sleep for a considerable amount of time, we know we're talking hours, not minutes. If Luffy woke up the same day it would be a late supper they were eating and they'd be leaving at night time.
He gets up the very same day and leaves.
Apparently before Krieg even attacks….
Just like when he beat Kuro, Buggy, and Alvida. Crocodile is the only guy that made Luffy "sleep for a week".
For crying out…. watch an episode. Any episode. You'll like it. I promise. Maybe watch 128 so you'll know that Luffy was out for three days, not a week.
Look, as usual, everybody knows you don't know what you're talking about. You started this with "he beat east blue in 3 days" crap. Then changed it to what... seven days? Before you said that he beat Krieg and Arlong on the same day. Now you're arguing that they're only a day apart. You've been wrong on pretty much everything you've said in this thread.
Face it, you don't know jack !@#$. You never have. If you keep this pace up, by this time tomorrow you'll have conceded that Luffy slept for a day and changed your bat!@#$ crazy theory once again.
And since you ignored it in your last post, I'm going to say it again just to see if you ignore it a second time.
Explain how Luffy beat Krieg after lunch, but woke up before lunch, if they fought on the same day.
