Only solid facts that would lead to us firmly believing he is a Warlord is that the letter was delivered in the same manner Jinbe's was, and that Buggy reputation would give a reasonable justification for them inviting him to join.
In other words you're comparing something all but confirmed to something that has no huge basis and is mostly inferring.

Oda would not include the scene if Buggy didn't became a Shichi, he doesn't do random things just because. The bat was the same, Buggy had the reputation to become a Warlord, the Goverment was short on Warlords after the war. In conclusion, Buggy IS a CONFIRMED Shichibukai.

you're clinging to desperate measures by trying to attack me as a person rather than refuting ANYTHING i had to say, and i blatantly did counter your argument. Kid always remained solid therefore is not logia, and no transformation was needed to use his magnetism powers, so he isn't zoan either. He would logically classify as Paramecia. Against for the pekoms and tamago part, you're just being childishly stubborn, considering they're more than silhouettes not to mention we saw them what, 25 chapters ago? there's a difference between visual recognition (pekoms and tamago) and an actual plot in the story (buggy). It's not that logia user cannot be harmed. There are haki and seastone, which enable access to the real body. Or by using the weakness of the element as we have seen with Luffy and Enel and with Akainu and Ace. Perhaps we also have seen that full body shock/impact can hurt logia user (Luffy hit Smoker and Ace, Jozu hit Aokiji and Croc), although the evidence is quite subtle and debatable, and Oda has successfully dodged it when asked about it. (don't say that sands are solid) And what mythical zoan is magnetic? The Eleven Supernova v.s Marines chapters have pretty much showcased the abilities of the the Supernova. What makes you think Oda is keeping it from us if Kidd is really a Logia or (mythical) Zoan?

But again, he hasn't been confirmed to be one. Oda has surprised us many times. His logic is not always shounen-mainstream. Though, again, I believe that Buggy is one.
Summary: There's no evidence that Kidd is logia or Zoan, or should I say, the evidences so far suggest otherwise, that's why he's a paramecia. Buggy receives the letter which suggests that he's a Shichibukai now. Both haven't been confirmed.

Buggy is also Oda's favourite One piece character he likes him more than any other character because he is a funny clown so anyone thinking Oda would not make him a warlord as a joke when the marines/wg think he is a big shot because
1.They blamed Buggy and Luffy for the Impel down breakout
2.Whitebeard allied with Buggy during the war making him seem like a bigger threat
3.He has a ton of prisoners from impel down doing whatever he says now and we have not even seen what they can do yet because they did like nothing during the war
4.Buggy saved Luffy+Jinbe's life during the war from the now Fleet admiral Akainu.
5.He got the same letter Jinbe got after the war.

Kinemon is obviously not Zoan, but Monet could be. CC did say that she followed Law while transformed or whatever. Yes in the flashback she did have normal legs and now she has bird legs, which Law could have given her, but that doesn't rule out the possibility.

Sorry about that then, I don't really have a problem if anyone makes a list of Shichibukai with Buggy on it. But like Kidd on my list of paramecia DFs (if I were to make one), I'd put Buggy on the unconfirmed list.

1. I now remember the Marines stating that all three of them, Luffy, Kid, and Law, are Devil Fruit users. My bad - it's slipped my mind.
2. From what I have read, you are not in the stance to be able to attack people about facts.
The Marines could be wrong about Kidd having a fruit (when Luffy met Franky and he breathed fire Luffy and Nami thought for a while that he had a DF). Like I said, he could be a magnet-controlling robot from the moon. I am not saying this is true, but if you want conformation for Buggy's Shichibukai status, it wouldn't be fair to accept Kidd's Devil Fruit without confirmation. The same things I said about Kidd also apply for Capone, Apoo, Bonney etc.
