im going to have to ask you why that is obvious and also what kind of strenght we are talking about?

what they take in benchpresses, how much damage they can make in a political climate or how creative they can be with their powers?

In terms of Devil Fruit creativity, Croc wins hands down (although Eneru's a close second).
But in terms of physical strength, Lucci was obviously more powerful than Crocodile. Just watch the fights. Croc took some hits, sure, but he wasn't anywhere near the brawler Rob Lucci was.

which is why im wondering why Jimbei would be "slightly more powerful then Crocodile".

Crocodile is a Logia and doesnt rely on brute strenght (as all he has to do is keep away from water to be almoast invinvible). Why someone that has a natural advantage over humans to begin with and most likey doesnt have a logia only would be slightly stronger in terms of muscles is beyond me.

so im wanting to hear exactly what he is measureing and how he is calculateing it.

Ah, well…...i dunno. Like i've said, I think Gyojin island will be a medium length arc. and that Jinbei will be a later villian to fight Nami.

He seems to be doing pretty good against luffy so far putting forth minimal effort.

Ok let's consider how she brought the smackdown on Califa. Granted, she was the weakest (or maybe second) CP9 member, but she was still a CP-Freaking9 member. That has to outwiegh Arlong by now, who WAS Jinbei's equal, and Nami is still growing in potential (not to mention bust size ><) If you look back to my fight match ups, this would be one of the final fight's of the series.

I see your point. I think Moria fought Kaidou before he became a shichibukai. After he lost he started making an army of zombies. Maybe Moria was offered a place in the shichibukai by the WG because he was known particularily of his army of powerful zombies. So basically i think he had the zombies before he became a shichibukai and thus the zombies are considered his "old" crew. This is all just speculation btw.

People it is always about more powerful (not just physical strength) and Shichibukai members we have seen is just more powerful than the CP9.

The only thing I've seen regarding Enel's rank amonst the world is Oda agreeing with Luffy's statement ''There are many guys stronger than you!''. That doesn't necessarily mean Lucci could beat Enel. I can hardly think of any scenario where Lucci would find victory over Enel. Except maybe if Lucci wore a rubber suit at all time and could shut off his mind completely while still fighting. Yeah..

I don't know about Enel, but considering that Lucci is faster, smarter, and stronger than Arabasta Luffy, I'd say Lucci would rape Crocodile

That's a detail people often forget: If not for Nico Robin the last fight would have still actually be Crocodile's victory. Sure, Crocodile was knocked unconsious but Luffy would have been dead from poison.

EDIT: Unless for some crazy reason the D's are immune to death by poison or something.

He's referencing the poison hook that Croc landed on Luffy. Robin had the antidote.

THREE WORLD POWER'S and he is in an exclusive seven if he was that freaking easy to beat then the World Government would just send a rokushiki user over to him and kill him. Lucci bleeds huh? Because sand can't disolve if it's wet, most people with an average IQ should know that.
