Bleach imo still has some good qualities in this arc, but I think after this arc he really should put it down. Aizen has been forshadowed since like Soul Society arc when he walked out into the knight, if Kubo brings out a whole new set of villains after this arc, I'm done reading it.

I've yet to hear any good logic or reasoning on behalf of Bleach being original.
That's because I don't think it's original. Liking or disliking things based on originality is stupid, because chances are someone has done everything before.
Bleach isn't that great, but I'm also not going to go into topics arguing with everyone like my opinion is fact with evidence that isn't even sound evidence.
Even if you were absolutely right, your way of conveying your opinion is well…..retarded. Only idiots speak of their opinion as fact(yes, good and bad are a matter of opinion) and refuse to try to understand any other point of view. That's not even close to a DEM.
Deus ex machina refers to an event where a completely left-field variable shows up to solve a seemingly impossible scenario. Basically, Mike Tyson is about to lose a boxing match, but then a meteor comes down and smashes his opponent to smithereens. It doesn't have to be as extreme as that, but the theme still holds true.
Orihime having healing powers and healing everybody so they never die is not DEM - it's just shitty writing that prevents any sort of situation tension.
That, and you can't "negate fate" in a canon that has no established whether or not fate is the sole driving factor of situational development.

SO I GOTS A THEORY.
I have a theory about the whole Vaizard mask use.
I'm thinking the whole reason why Ichigo isn't as strong as Shinji with his mask is this:
Ichigo does't initialize his mask until after he's reached bankai, whilst Shinji dons the mask without even releasing his shikai, thus limiting his "shinigami sides" influence, (I take that the ability to release to release to shikai and bankai are shinigami exclusive abilites), and giving his hollow side time to equate with his shinigami side, thus balancing the control.
Now since Ichigo doesn't try to initialize the mask until his bankai is ruled out as insufficient, he is not using his vaizard abilities to their true capabilties, as I believe a vaizard should base off with his mask on, and then activate his shikai and bankai respectively to gain an optimal amoutn of power.
So, breaking it down:
Shikai + Bankai + Mask = Ichigo (regular inefficient use)
Mask + Shikai + Bankai = Shinji (optimal use)Now, let's look at how Ichigo may implement this himself. Now seeing as he is unable to seal his zanpakuto, he's constantly in shikai (thats a given), now if he were to use the mask before going bankai, it would be far more effective.
Recap:
Shikai + Bankai + Mask = Ichigo (inefficient)
Mask + Shikai + Bankai = Shinji (optimal vaizard)
Shikai + Mask + Bankai = Ichigo (optimal for character)Also, I have a hunch that the order in which each release and boost is utilized may also contribute to the amount of time one can wear the mask.
I believe that the reason that Ichigo could only last 11 seconds at first, was because he first initialized his vaizard form during his bankai, which is when his shinigami powers are at their peak, meaning that the hollow powers may be repressed by their prescence, which would make the vaizard form more unstable then usual, and resulting in a shorter transformation period.
Though, when the hollow side is activated first, it would adapt and grow in power according to each release is used, in which the shinigami side raises, and much like a poker game, the hollow would raise i's game as well in order to match each other. It is only then when the powers are put into equal conflict that they mature to their full potential.
I just ranted a bit with this, could you guys see any holes in it? Thought of this yesterday at work when I was bored in the dishpit.

Why? Because Bleach doesn't fit the "standards" of good writing? I that how you're gonna prove its poorly written? Hell, its not that most people "know" that Bleach is poorly written, its that most people agree. And the reasons are usually that its plot is very cliche, ordinary, average, but not subpar. I know that it has its shortcomings, but having flaws doesn't necessarily mean that something sucks. Its writing perfectly complements the art, at least I believe so, and my only complaint is that he drags the story too long sometimes, but thats it. I'm not gonna say Bleach sucks, because its all relative. It doesn't mean that if everyone agrees something sucks, then it sucks. Life isn't something that should be ruled by the mob.
