Where is Ace vs BlackBeard ?
After this arc the strawhats will be stronger or after mermaid arc, then they be ready or close enough to figh Black Beard crew.

Subplots are engaged after every 60 month arc or so.
I noticed that in this arc, the whole crew (Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, Robin, Franky, that is) have just been attacking lots of peons together. I mean, first 600M jackpot, then they fought the suprise zombies together.
DURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
Okay, now that there are too many villians, I'm curious to see how this'll work out.
For me, this feels more epic than Enies Lobby as instead of a hundred or so guys taking on thousands, it's a few guys taking on a hundred and some big bosses. Which is awesome.
With all of those villains, there's no way this is going to be a short Arc like we thought it'll be.

I'm really just assuming that some of these "general zombies" will be KOed in a fodder-like fashion.–except for Ryuma. But I don't think that, say, the drinking zombie will be a serious fight. Maybe just a star of a joke scene.
And one more thing, still no references to the so called 'Florian Triangle'..

Huh? Well, they're in the middle of the Triangle right now. That's where Thiller Bark is. They should only refer to the area they're standing in if they suddenly start talking in the third person.

You can't be sure about that..I really don't know, something's fishy to me in here. Anyway..I prefer to call it 'Florian Triangle' Arc, it sounds better to me, but for now it seems like 'Thriller Bark' Arc.
I haven't read any of it, it just seems way off the boat. Iono I'm going to retrack and see if i can learn to like it.

Guhbehbuhbuhgehehegubuhbuhbuhbuh!
THRILLER BARK IS PROBABLY THE REASON BEHIND THE DISAPPEARANCES.
I like the arc so far. Prior to chapter 449 it seemed like a slow, creepy buildup. Now Oda seems to be throwing a lot of elements at us at once. But it's all good.
UNANSWERED QUESTIONS:
What is Ryuuma's connection to Brooke?
How did Hogback come to be on the island, and why?
What significance (if any) does the new zombie on Hogback's operating table have?
How does Moria steal shadows?
What is the secret of Absalom's invisibility? Is it a Devil Fruit power?
What exactly is Perona, anyway?
WheretheheckdidSanjigo?
Like I said before, I'm happy with this arc. Especially since the Straw Hats are facing another, albeit inhumanly abnormal, pirate crew. The plot keeps getting better and there's a real sense of desperation here, IMO.
They're stuck on a giant ship full of monsters and undead creatures; the captain and "ruler" is a giant Shichibukai with an undead army that roams a notoriously dangerous region of the Grand Line; the crew is separated and about to be jumped and captured for their bounties; and over-all they're in a completely hostile and largely unnatural environment: a huge contrast to all of the other places they've been too.
Not a trace of the World Government, Marines, or anything remotely familiar. I love this! XD
On a side note, I'm not happy with the Enel Mini-Arc. It's moving WAY too slowly and I'm burnt out on Enel. He had his 15 minutes of fame: let's see what's happening to someone less over-the-top and high-profile than him. That's my opinion, naturally.
Not a trace of the WG? Hello, Shichibukai here!
it has a shichibukai and all, but i still cant wait for Jimbei at fishman island. moria doesn't seem too important or the zombies :ninja:

Yes, because the general plot of the story is completely irrelevant.
Are you retarded?
With your logic, the whole Alabasta arc was meaningless. Think before you post or start thinking altogether. Moria is definitely important. He's a Shichibukai for fuck's sake. Oda is obviously not going to downplay his importance to a simple obstacle. I'm expecting the Luffy vs. Moria fight to be epic. Not to mention that the defeat of Moria may herald in a new nakama. Because the addition of a new crewmember isn't important then?
moria vs luffy isnt going to advance the plot. fishman island is the alabasta of the current story. like im forgetting the plot!!!
It will advance the plot in the same way Luffy beating Croc did. Raising of the bounties and perhaps a new nakama joining.
If you want to talk about not advancing of the plot, go bitch about the Skypiea arc.

Were 10 chapters in and nothing much has happend. You have no idea what importance this will play yet. None.
This arc is getting interseting. With a whole Zombie assault with Moria planning on capturing the Straw Hats, I see that there shoul dbe pure action for a while right now.

Sorry but I disagree. Eventhough this is a shichibukai we're talking about, there's no trace to marines or other people from the WG, there's no way they'll know about Moria's defeat.
I don't really want this arc to advance the plot more than normal actually. We just had the WG Saga which was.. y'know, and we're pretty close to the New World full of WG and Yonkou. I'd want as much fun as I can for that while.
This arc will just turn Moria into the new Smoker.
